  1. 구형상을 이루는 전면 개구부 주연에 외방으로 지향되는 플랜지부를 가지는 내함과 전단연에 상기 내함의 좌플랜지부에 계합되는 계합수단을 가지는 동시에 뒤 및 상. 하의 각단연에 도각각 계합수단을 가지는 구형상의 좌측판과 전단연에 상기 내함의 우플랜지부에 계합되는 계합수단을 가지는 동시에 뒤 및 상. 하의 각 단연에도 각각 계합수단을 가지는 구형상의 우측판과, 좌. 우 및 하의 각 단연에 상기 좌. 우 측판의 양 후단연의 각 계합 수단에 각각 계합되는 계합수단을 가지는 동시에 상단연 및 하단연에도 각각 계합수단을 가지는 구형상의 후판과 전. 후 및 좌. 우의 각 단연에 상기 내함의 하부 플랜지부. 상기 후판의 하단연의 계합수단 및 상기 좌. 우측판의 양하단연의 계합수단에 각각 계합되는 계합수단을 가지는 플라스틱제의 구형상 저판과 4주연에 상기 내함의 상부플랜지부, 상기 좌. 우 측판 및 후판의 각 상단연계합 수단에 각각 계합되는 계합수단을 가지는 플라스틱제의 구형상 천판을 설치하고 상기 내함의 하부플랜지부를 상기 저판의 전단연계함수단에 계합시키는 제1의 공정과 상기 내함의 좌. 우 플랜지부 및 상기 저판의 좌. 우의 각 단연 계합수단에 상기 좌. 우 측판의 각전단연 계합수단 및 각 하단연 계합수단을 각각 계합시키는 제2의 공정과, 상기 저판의 후단연 계합수단 및 상기 좌, 우측판의 각 후단면 계합수단에 상기 후판의 하부 및 좌. 우의 각 단연 계합수단을 각각 계합시키는 제3의 공정과 상기 내함의 상부플랜지부, 상기 좌. 우측판 및 후판의 각 상단연 계합수단에 상기 천판의 계합수단을 각각 계합시키는 제3의 공정과 상기 내합의 상부 플랜지부 상기 좌,우측판 및 후판의 각 상단면 계합수단에 상기 천판의 계합수단을 각각 계합시키는 제4의 공정과 상기 내함. 좌측판, 우측판. 후판. 저판 및 천판으로 형성되는 공간부내에 단열재를 발포 충전하는 제5의 공정에 의하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열상 자체의 제조 방법.
