Claims (7)

  1. 공지의 선택적 증폭기 단에 있어서 증폭기 트랜지스터의 입력임피던스가 동작주파수에서 상기 입력 임피던스를 제어하는 원임피던스보다 작으며, 증폭기 트랜지스터가 필터에 유도결합하도록 제공되되 코일은 입력필터의 코일에 자기적으로 결합되며, 결합코일은, 입력필터가 단의 최대증폭에 정렬될때 트랜지스터를 구동하는 원임피던스가 증폭기 트랜지스터의 입력임피던스보다 크도록 칫수화되는, 증폭기 트랜지스터가 유도적으로 결합되어 있는 주파수 선택적 입력필터를 가진것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 증폭기 단.
  2. 제1항에 의한 선택적 증폭기 단에 있어서, 잡음요소와 단의 전력증폭이 2개의 코일들간의 자기 결합에 의해 세트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 증폭기 단.
  3. 제1항에 의한 선택적 증폭기 단에 있어서, 최적잡음요소와 최적 전력증폭간의 절충이 2개의 코일들간의 결합에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 증폭기 단.
  4. 제1항에 의한 선택적 증폭기 단에 있어서, 결합코일의 유도성이 칫수화되어 입력필터와 증폭기 트랜지스터간의 잡음동조를 확실하게 해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 증폭기 단.
  5. 제1항에 의한 선택적 증폭기 단에 있어서, 입력필터가 동조가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 증폭기 단.
  6. 제1항에 의한 선택적 증폭기 단에 있어서, 2개의 코일이 공통캐리어 상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 증폭기 단.
  7. 제1항에 의한 선택적 증폭기 단에 있어서, 코일이 정렬 가능하게 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적 증폭기 단.
