Claims (15)

  1. 분산 매질의 존재하에 비닐 아실레이트를 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 및/또는 (Ⅱ)를 갖는 가교결합제와 공중합시키고, 필요하다면 생성중합체를 부분적으로 또는 완전히 가수분해 시킴으로서 가교결합 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며 각각 비닐, 1-아실옥시비닐, 알릴 또는 2-아실옥시알릴을 나타내며, A는 탄소수 2 내지 8의 2가의 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내고 B는 탄소수 1내지 8의 2가, 3가 또는 4가의 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내며, m은 상기 B라디칼의 원자가에 해당되고 X는 아실옥시를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가교결합제 단위의 양이 중합체의 0.1내지 60중량%인 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 비닐아실레이트가 비닐아세테이트인 방법.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 R1및 R2라디칼중의 아실옥시잔기 또는 일반식(Ⅱ)중의 아실옥시 라디칼이 탄소수 2 내지 6을 갖는 방법.
  5. 제1내지 4항중 어느하나에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)중의 라디칼 R1/R2가 각각 비닐을 나타내는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 가교결합제단위의 양이 1내지 50중량%인 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 가교결합제 단위의 양이 1 내지 40중량%인 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느하나에 있어서, 비닐아실레이트 단위중의 아실옥시잔기 적어도 10중량%를 히드록실기로 치환시키는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느하나에 있어서, 비닐아세테이트와 공중합가능한 추가의 단량체가 또한 존재하는 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 중합을 비이드(bead) 중합으로서 수행하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 분산 매질이알 칼리성 완충 수용액인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 분산 매질이 전해질 0내지 50중량%를 함유하는 방법.
  13. 제10내지 12항중 어느하나에 있어서, 분산 매질이 분산 안정화제로서 비이온성 계면활성제를 함유하는 방법.
  14. 제1 내지 13항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 중합을 불환성 희석제로서 적어도 탄소수 6의 디알킬에테르의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 비닐아실기를 함유하는 중합체를 가수분해 처리하여 아실레이트기의 70%이상을 OH기로 치환시켜 가교결합될 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
