제2도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 사출성형장치의 일반적인 구조를 나타내는 제1도와 유사한 개략적인 측면도.
Claims (9)
- 열가소성 물질로부터 주조된 일련의 교합 엘레멘트(E)를 갖는 슬라이드 파스너 체인(10)을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 슬라이드 파스너 체인(10)이 주형(14)으로부터 빠져나온 직후에 상기 일련의 교합 엘레멘트(E)로부터 런너(11)와 스프루우(12)를 절단하여 제거하고, 이들 런너(11)와 스프루우(12)를 예정된 입자크기로 팰리트화(pallet 化)시키고, 이와같이 팰리트화된 물질(C1)을 재순환시켜서 열가소성 칩(C2, C3)들의 새로운 공급물과 조합되어 재사용되도록 하고, 상기 팰리트화된 물질(C1)의 공급물과 상기 열가소성 칩(C2, C3)의 새로운 공급물이 예정된 비유롤 되도록 제어하는 단계들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팰리트와된 물질(C1)의 공급물과 상기 열가소성 칩(C2,C3)의 새로운 공급물과의 상기 예정된 비율이 40-60:60-40인 방법.
- 열가소성 물질로부터 주조된 일련의 교합 엘레멘트(E)를 갖는 슬라이드 파스너 체인(10)을 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 사출성형장치(17)와 함께, 상기 일련의 교합엘레멘트(E)로부터 런너(11)와 스프루우(12)를 절단하여 제거할수 있도록 주형(14)의 하부쪽에 매우 인접하게 배치되어 있는 절단 수단(25)과, 상기 런너(11)와 스프루우(12)를 예정된 입자크기로 팰리트화시킬수 있도록 상기 절단수단(25)에 인접하게 위치한 팰리트화 수단(26)과, 이와같이 팰리트화된 런너(11)와 스프루우(12)를 수납하여 공급하기 위한 제1호퍼(28)와, 열가소성 물질(C2,C3)의 새로운 공급물을 수납하여 공급하기 위한 제2호퍼(32)와, 상기 제1 및 제2호퍼(28, 32)로 부터의 팰리트화된 물질(C1, C2, C3)을 수납하여 혼합시키고 주형(14)에 장입시키기 위한 혼합용 호퍼(33)와, 상기 팰리트화 수단(26)으로부터의 팰리트화된 물질(C1)을 상기 제1호퍼(28)로 이송시킬수 있도록 상기 팰리트화 수단(26)에 인접하게 위치한 이송수단(29)과, 상기 제1 및 제2호퍼(28, 32)의 각각으로부터 주형(14)으로 공급되는 공급량을 예정된 비율로 제어할 수 있도록 이들 제1 및 제2호퍼(28, 32)의 각각에 결합되어 있는 제어수단(34,35;32')으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 예정된 비율이 40-60:60-40인 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단이, 상기 제1 및 제2호퍼(28, 32)내에 각각 배치되어서 각각의 호퍼(28, 32)로부터 상기 혼합용 호퍼(33)로 향하는 물질의 공급을 제어하도록 이동가능한 한쌍의 차단수단(34, 35)으로 이루어지는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단이, 상기 제2호퍼(32)의 바닥이 좁아지면서 형성되어서 자체 중량에 의한 공급을 조정할 수 있도록 된 유출구(32')로 이루어지는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 유출구(32')의 개방단부(32")가 경사지게 되어서 상기 혼합용 호퍼(33)의 내측병으로부터 간격을 두고 이와 평행하게 되어있는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이송수단(29)이, 팬(fan)(30)과 이 팬(30)을 상기 제1호퍼(28)에 연결시키는 도관(31)으로 이루어지는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2호퍼(32)가 상기 혼합용 호퍼(33)에 탈착(脫着)가능하게 장착되어 있는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
