Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 1개의 원통은, 이 원통의 양단에 진공봉착된 2매의 원환판상단판과 동 또는 동베이스합금제의 한 쌍의 도전봉으로서, 각 도전봉의 내단에 접촉전극을 갖고, 한편의 도전봉은 제1씰 수단을 통하여 1의 단판에 진공봉밀납땜된 것과, 다른편의 도전봉에 주위에 마련된 철베이스 합금제 벨로우스로서, 그외단은 한편의 단판에 진공봉착되고 내단은 제1씰 수단을 통하여 다른편의 도전봉에 진공봉밀납땜 된 것을 갖고, 각 접촉전극이 서로 떨어진 상태로, 상기 한 쌍의 도전봉을 절연상태로 하는 용기를 갖는 진공인타프타로서, 상기 제1 및 제2씰 수단은, 거의 통모양의 씰 부재를 갖으며, 철 베이스합금으로 구성되고 각 도전봉에 감삽되며, 각 씰 부재내벽에, 고체 납재를 보지하기 위한 홈과 소 간격으로서 도전봉의 주면에 대향하는 2개의 진공봉밀납땜면 이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한 진공인타라프타이다.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에기 재된 진공인타라프타로서, 각 씰부재의 내벽에 상기 납재보지홈의 양쪽에 진공봉밀납땜면이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 한 것.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 진공인타라프타로서, 상기 제1 및 제2씰 부재의 적어도 어느 한 쪽이 스텐레스강철인 것이 특징인 것.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 진공인타라프타로서 상기 제1 및 제2씰 부재의 적어도 어느 한 편이 Fe-Ni 합금인 것이 특징인 것.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 진공인타라프타로서 상기 제1 및 제2씰 부재의 적어도 어느 한 편이 Fe-Ni-Co 합금인 것이 특징인 것.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 진공인타라프타로서 상기 납재보지홈이 U자형 횡단면을 갖는 것이 특징인 것.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 진공인타라프타로서, 상기 양단판이 철베이스 합금으로 구성되어 상기원통이 절열재료로 구성된 것이 특징인 것.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 진공인타라프타로서 상기 제1씰 수단이 철 베이스 합금제 벨로우스를 갖는 것이 특징인 것.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 진공인타라프타로서, 상기 고체납재가 동 또는 은을 포함하는 합금인 것이 특징인 것.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 진공인타라프타로서, 상기 씰 수단이 적어도 어느 한편의 단판하고 일체로 형성된 것이 특징인 것.
