Claims (17)

  1. 생성 코폴리마 기준으로 1내지 30중량%의 에틸렌성 불포화 카복실산 모노마 및 에틸렌을 주성분으로 하는 통상적인 고체 랜덤 코폴리아로 구성되며 코폴리마의 1면이 스틴쉬트 표면에 직접 집착되고 또다른 1면은 약 121℃이상의 결정성 용융점을 갖는 합성 열경화성 수지의 외부층에 접착시킨 접착성 열 경화성 수지 내부층을 갖는 다층 합성 열 경화성 수지 피복물을 1개이상의 주 표면에 접착시킴을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 또는 압출피복 철판으로 제조된 인발된 식품 또는 음료 용기체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 스틸 쉬트는크롬/크롬산화물로 피복된 스틸인 용기체.
  3. 제1항, 2항에 있어서 접착층은 대부분의 에틸렌 및 2내지 20중량%의 에틸렌성 불포화 카복실산 모노마인 코폴리마를 함유하는 용기체.
  4. 제1항, 2항, 3항에 있어서 외부층은 0,950내지 0.965의 밀도 및 0.05내지 5의멜트인덱스를 갖는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 또는 폴리아미드수지를 함유하는 용기체.
  5. 제1항, 2항, 3항에있어서 외부층은 0.05내지 3의 멜트덱스 및 0.960내지 0.965g/cc의 밀도를 갖는 고밀도폴리에틸렌수지의 혼합물을 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 혼합물 중량기준 30중량%을 함유하는 용기체.
  6. 제1항, 2항, 3항에 있어서 접착층은 3이하의 멜트인데스 0.960이상의 밀도를 갖는 고밀도 폴리네틸렌 수지 또는 폴리아미드 수지를함유하는 용기체.
  7. 전술한 항중 하나에 있어서 스틸 쉬트 물질의 두께는 5내지 15mil이며 다층 합성 열경화성 수지 피복물의 전반적인 두께는 0.2내지 2.8mil인 용기체.
  8. 전술한 항중 하나에 있어서, 관체형성시 피복물내에서 발생하는 응력을 안정시키기 위하여 식품 및 음료 캔닝(Canning)공정에 앞서서 열경화성수지 피복물내에 사용된 가장 높은 용융점 수지의 결정성 용율점 이상의 온도에서 충분한 시간동안, 재차 열처리하는 용기체.
  9. 제1항 내지 7항에 있어서, 2내지 20메가레드의 전자빔 투사로 처리되는 용기체.
  10. 전술한 항중 하나에 있어서,식품 또는 용기는 용기체내에 밀폐함유된 용기.
  11. 제1항 내지 7항의 다층 합성 열경화성수지 피복물을 한개이상의 스틴쉬트 물질 평면에 부착하여 생성 피복된 스틸쉬트 물질을 드로우-레드로우(Draw-Redraw)용기 형성 공정으로 용기체에 형성시키고 관체형성시 피복물내에서 발생하는 응력을 안정시키기 위하여 열경화성 수지 피복물에 사용된 가장높은 용율점 수지의 결정성 용율점 이상의 온도에서 충분한 시간동안 드로우-레드로우 공정에서 형성된 피복된 용기체를 재차 열처리 단계를 특징으로 하는 식품 또는 음료 용기체 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서 형성된 용기의 재차 열처리는 식품 또는 음료 캔닝(Canning) 공정에 앞서서 149℃내지 260℃를 유지하는 공기열 오븐에서 0.2내지 5분동안 실시하는 제조방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 7항의 다층 합성 열경화성 수지 피복물을 한개 상의 스틸쉬트 물질의 평면에 접착하고 스틸쉬트 물질에 피복전, 피복중 도는 피복후, 2내지 20메가레드의 전자 빔 투사량을 피복물에 투사시키고 생성 피복된 스틸쉬트 물질을 드로우-레드로우 용기 형성공정으로 용기 체에 형성시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 식품 또는 음료수 용기체 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서 사용된 전자 빔 투사량은 5내지 10메가레드인 제조방법.
  15. 제13항, 14항에 있어서, 피복물의 전자 빔 투사는 라미네이트 또는 압출피복된 스틸쉬트에 의한 식품 또는 음료수 관체의 드로우-레드로우 형성에 앞서서 실시하는 제조방법.
  16. 제13항, 14항에 있어서, 전자 빔 투사는 스틸쉬트 물질의 피복물 사용에 앞서 필름형성이 제거된 피복 물위에서 실시하는 제조방법.
  17. 제1항 내지 7항의 다층 합성 열 경화성 피복물을 스틸쉬트 물질의 양면에 압출피복 또는 마리네이트 시키고, 2내지 20메가레드의 전자빔 투사량으로 수틸쉬트 물질에 피복전, 피복중 또는 피복후 양쪽의 다층 열 경화성 피복물에 투사시키고 피복된 금속쉬트를 드로우-레드로우 캔 형성 공정으로 용기체에 형성시키는 단계를 특징으로 하여 드로우-레드로우 식품 또는 음료수 관체의 제조방법.
