Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an air-tight container which can freely be molded into any optional form and also is of high shielding property and strength by inserting resin film, metallic foil of high shielding quality into a die and using a material obtained through injection molding.
CONSTITUTION: First, a resin film of high shielding quality such as ethylene acetic vinyl copolymer, etc., metallic foil or metallic sheet (preferably of 7W500μ thickness) such as aluminum foil, galvanized sheet, etc. of the same quality, are formed into any desired shapes. Then the said shape is inserted into a metallic die after laminating a primer layer and an adhesion layer through application of layer materials, if necessary. Following this step, molding material is injected into a form or is blow-molded to obtain an objective container. When this container is used for food or retort sterilization, it is recommended that a compound of COOH base-contained polyolefin obtained through copolymerization of olefin and ethylene unsaturated carboxylic acid with 0.05W10wt% of metallic compound such as sodium, calcium, etc. added be used as a primer layer, etc.
