Claims (6)

  1. 탄소수 6내지 7의 포화탄화수소가 컬럼에 공급혼합물을 공급한 스테이지 상부에만 전량이 증류하고,상기 포화탄화수소와 메탄올, 포화탄화수소, 메틸이소부티테이트를 증류컬럼의 상부를 통하여 증류하고, 증류컬럼하부로부터 직접 메타크를산메틸을 회수하거나 비닥의 액체를 메타크릴산메틸로 주로 이루어진 유기층과 물로 주로 이루어진 물층으로 분리하고 상기 물층을 분리하여 회수함을 특징으로하여, 메탄올, 메타크릴산메틸, 물 또는 소량의 메틸이소부티테이트를 함유하는 공급혼합물을 증유컬럼에 공급하고, 증류하여 메타크릴산메틸을 정제하는 벙법.
  2. 메탄올, 메타크릴산메틸, 물을 함유하는 공급혼합물을 증류컬럼에 공급하고, 탄소수 6또는 7의 포화탄화수소를 공급혼합물이 증류컬럼에 공급된 스테이지 상부에만 전량 존재하도록 공급하고 증류컬럼의 상부를 통하여 메탄올 전량과 포화탄화수소를 증류, 그리고 물로서 주로 이루어진 물층과 메타크릴산메틸로서 주로 이루어진 유기층으로 바닥액체를 분리하여 메타크릴산메틸을 회수하고, 상기 물츨을 제거하여 청구범위 제1항에 따른 메타크릴산메틸의 정제방법.
  3. 메탄올, 메타크릴산메틸, 물, 소량의 메틸이소부티테이트를 함유하는 공급혼합물을 증류컬럼에 공급하고, 탄소수 6 또는 7의 포화탄화수소를 공급혼합물이 증류컬럼에 공급된 스테이지상에만 전량 존재하도록 공급하고, 메타크릴산메틸을 증류컬럼의 하부로부터 직접회수하여, 청구범위 제1항에 따른 메타크릴산메틸의 정제방법.
  4. 메탄올, 메타크릴산메틸, 물, 소량의 메틸이소부티테이트를 함유하는 공급혼합물을 제1증류컬럼에 공급하고, 탄소수 6 또는 7의 포화탄화수소를 공급혼합물이 증류컬럼에 공급된 스테이지상에만 전량 존재하도록 공급하고, 제1증류컬럼의 상부를 통하여 메탄올전량과 메틸이소부티테이트, 포화탄화수소를 증류하고 물층과 유기층으로 분리한 후 물층을 제거하여 미타크릴산메틸을 회수하여, 청구범위 제1항에 따른 메타크릴산메틸의 정제방법.
  5. 증류컬럼의 상부로부터의 증류액을 분리용기 내에서 물층과 유기층으로 분리하고, 상기 포화탄화수소층은 증류컬럼에서 환류하고, 상기 메탄올층은 제2증류컬럼에 공급하고, 메틸이소부티테이트와 메탄올의 조합 또는 공급에서 함유된 메탄올량에 상당하는 메탄올량을 제2증류컬럼바닥으로부터 제거하고, 포화탄화수소는 제2증류컬럼의 상부를 통하여 메탄올 일부를 회수하고 상기 분리용기에 재순환시키는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 메탄크릴산메틸의 정제방법.
  6. 탄소수 6또는 7의 포화탄화수소가 핵산인 청구범위 제1,2,3,4 또는 5항에 따른 메타크릴산메틸의 정제방법.
