실시예는 천연 과일을 가공하여 얻어진 가공 과일을 포함하는 흡연 물품을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
실시예는, 필터 내에 천연과일을 가공하여 얻어지는 발향 물질이 포함된 발향부; 발향부의 양 측에 배치되는 제1 및 제2 필터부; 발향부의 양 단부에 설치되며, 발향 물질의 누출을 방지하는 메쉬 형태의 제1 및 제2 차단막; 및 제1 필터부, 제1 차단막, 발향부, 제2 차단막 및 제2 필터부가 순차로 적층된 상태에서 이를 랩핑하는 궐련지;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공된 과일을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제공한다.

실시예는 가공된 과일을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품에 관한 것이다.
근래에 일반적인 궐련의 단점들을 극복하는 대체 방법에 관한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 예를 들어, 궐련을 연소시켜 에어로졸을 생성시키는 방법이 아닌 궐련 내의 에어로졸 발생 물질이 가열됨에 따라 에어로졸이 생성되는 방법에 관한 수요가 증가하고 있다.
그런데, 사용자들의 니즈를 충족시킬 수 있도록 다양한 종류의 첨가물이나 가향물질이 포함된다. 이 중 천연 과일향을 제공하고자 할 때, 원재료인 과일은 변질의 우려가 높다.

실시예는 천연 과일을 가공하여 얻어진 가공 과일을 포함하는 흡연 물품을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

또한 실시예의 다른 일 예로, 발향 물질은 천연 과일로부터 추출된 액상을 겔화한 겔 및 건조된 과일 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공된 과일을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제공한다.

실시예가 제공하는 가공된 과일을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품은 천연 과일을 변질이 잘 이루어지지 않는 형태로 가공하여 필터 내에 제공하고 가열에 의해 발향하도록 함으로써 과일향에 대한 사용자의 기호를 만족시키면서 변질을 방지하여 위생적으로 유통할 수 있다.

이하, 도면을 참조하여 실시예를 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.

실시예에 따른 건재료와 가향 액상을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품은, 가공 과일 발향물(112)을 포함하는 발향부(110)와 발향부(110)의 양 측에 배치되는 제1 필터부(120) 및 제2 필터부(130)를 포함한다.
가공 과일 발향물(112)은 천연 과일을 변질이 잘 이루어지지 않는 형태로 가공한 것으로, 분쇄 건조된 과일이나 과일즙, 과일 추출물, 과일 쥬스 등의 천연 과일 유래 액상에 글리세린, 프로필렌글리콜을 혼합하고, 증점제 등을 첨가하여 겔화한 것이다. 증점제로는 카파 카라기난, 아이오타 카라기난, 한천, 펙틴, 구아검, 젖산 칼슘, 염화 칼륨, 포도당, 전분 분말 등이 이용될 수 있다.
가공 과일 발향물(112)로 건조 과일이나 겔 중 어느 하나를 포함할 수도 있고, 둘 다 포함할 수도 있다.
겔상의 가공 과일 발향물(112)은 가열에 의해 액상화되고, 추가 가열에 의해 에어로졸화하여 사용자가 흡입할 수 있는 형태로 바뀐다.
발향부(110)는 필터체(114) 내에 가공 과일 발향물(112)이 저장된 형태이다.
이때, 발향부(110)의 양단부에 가공 과일 발향물(112)의 누출을 방지하는 메쉬 형태의 제1 차단막(116) 및 제2 차단막(118)이 구비된다. 즉, 제1 필터부(120)와 발향부(110) 사이에 제1 차단막(116)이 구비되고, 발향부(110)와 제2 필터부(130) 사이에 제2 차단막(118)이 구비된다.
제1 및 제2 차단막(116, 118)은 기류의 이동은 허용하되, 가공 과일 발향물(112)의 누출을 막을 수 있는 통기성 메쉬 재질로 제조된다.
제1 필터부(120), 제1 차단막(116), 발향부(110), 제2 차단막(118) 및 제2 필터부(130)가 순차로 적층된 상태에서 궐련지(140)가 이들을 랩핑함으로써 에어로졸 발생 물품의 형체를 유지한다.
필터부(120, 130)는 아세테이트, 종이, PP 등의 재질로 제조될 수 있으며, 필터부(120, 130)를 감싸는 궐련지는, 일반지, 다공지, 천공지, NWA(Non Wrapped Acetate) 등으로 분류될 수 있다. 또한 필터의 형태는 하나의 세그먼트로 이루어지는 모노 필터, 여러 개의 세그먼트로 이루어지는 복합(이중, 삼중 등) 필터로 분류할 수 있다. 필터는 아세테이트 토우, 가소제, 활성탄, X-DNA, 권지로 제조될 수도 있다. 아세테이트 토우는, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트의 연속필라멘트의 집합체를 말하며, 필터의 가장 중요한 특성인 흡인저항을 결정하는데 결정적인 역할을 한다. 아세테이트 토우의 성질은 데니아에 의해서 결정된다.
가소제는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 섬유를 부드럽고 유연하게 함으로써 섬유 사이의 접촉점에서 결합을 형성하고, 섬유 묶음을 더욱 딱딱하게 해준다. 담배필터용 가소제는 트리아세틴을 사용한다.
흡착제의 하나인 활성탄은 탄소를 주성분으로 하는 물질이며, 입자의 크기와 성상에 따라서 구분될 수 있다. 활성탄에 사용되는 원료로는 식물성 원료로서 목재, 톱밥, 과실각(야자껍질, 대나무, 복숭아 씨) 등이 있다.
X-DNA는 해조류에서 추출한 후 농축하여 가공된 기능성 입자를 말한다. 담배 필터에 주로 사용되는 활성탄에 비해 담배맛에 영향을 미치지 않고, 각종 발암 물질의 제거 기능이 탁월하다.
궐련지의 기능은 필터 제조 시, 필터 플럭의 형상을 유지해준다. 궐련지 제조 시에는, 기공도, 인장 강도, 신장율, 두께, 풀 붙임성 등의 물성을 만족해야 한다.
이때, 궐련지(140)는 발향부(110)를 감싸는 부분에 코팅막(142)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 코팅막(142)은 방수성 코팅막으로 발향부(110)로부터 액상이 누출되는 것을 방지하기도 하지만, 외부로부터 발향부(110)로 습기가 유입되는 것도 차단할 수 있다.
에어로졸 발생 물품을 가열하여 에어로졸을 발생 시킬 때, 가향 발현하는 방법은 대부분 액상을 기화하며 향을 발현하는 방법이거나 에어로졸 발생 물품 내에 제공된 캡슐을 터트려 향을 발현하는 방법이었으나 실시예에 따른 에어로졸 발생 물품은 내부에 건조된 식물 혹은 건조 과일이 들어감으로서 직접 향을 발현시키는 방법으로 기존 향 발현 방법과 차별된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 필터 내에 천연과일을 가공하여 얻어지는 발향 물질이 포함된 발향부;
    발향부의 양 측에 배치되는 제1 및 제2 필터부;
    발향부의 양 단부에 설치되며, 발향 물질의 누출을 방지하는 메쉬 형태의 제1 및 제2 차단막; 및
    제1 필터부, 제1 차단막, 발향부, 제2 차단막 및 제2 필터부가 순차로 적층된 상태에서 이를 랩핑하는 궐련지;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공된 과일을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    발향 물질은 천연 과일로부터 추출된 액상을 겔화한 겔 및 건조된 과일 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공된 과일을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    궐련지는, 발향부를 감싸는 부분에 코팅막이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공된 과일을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    발향부가 포함하는 건조된 과일은, 동결건조, 열풍건조 및 유동층건조 방법 중 적어도 어느 한 방법으로 건조된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공된 과일을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    발향부는 비타민 A, 비타민 B, 비타민 C,비타민 E 및 비타민K와 같은 첨가물이 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공된 과일을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    발향부는 과일향 풍미제 및 과일향 오일 중 어느 하나 이상이 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 건재료와 가향 액상을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    발향부에 포함되는 건조 과일은, 과일은 딸기, 바나나, 복숭아, 라임, 레몬, 체리, 사과, 메론, 망고, 망고스틴, 수박, 오렌지, 감, 리치, 포도, 청포도, 모과, 석류, 블루베리, 자몽, 아보카도, 배, 파파야, 파인애플, 키위, 구아바, 용과, 패션후르츠, 귤 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건재료와 가향 액상을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 물품.
