Claims (2)
- 플렉시블 기판에 있어서,상기 플렉시블 기판의 일면에 형성된 알루미나(Al2O3)로 이루어진 제1차단층;상기 제1차단층의 일면에 표면 플라즈몬 공명현상을 발생시킬 수 있는 얇은 두께로 은(Ag)을 성막하여 형성된 투과층; 및상기 투과층의 일면에 형성된 알루미나(Al2O3)로 이루어진 제2차단층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 플라즈몬 공명현상을 이용한 투명 배리어 코팅이 구비된 플렉시블 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투과층은 은(Ag)을 10 ~ 16㎚로 성막하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 플라즈몬 공명현상을 이용한 투명 배리어 코팅이 구비된 플렉시블 기판.
