Description
Claims (6)
- 가동체의 목표 위치로의 이동에 의한 고정체에 대한 가동체의 위치 설정 방법이며,고정체에 대한 가동체의 이동시 부하를 판독하는 단계와,부하에 기초하여 가동체가 목표 위치인 것으로 가정되는 위치까지 이동되었는지 여부를 결정하는 단계와,위치 설정의 종료가 허용되지 않으면서 현재 위치와는 다른 재시도 시작 위치로 가동체를 이동시키는 단계와,가동체가 재시도 시작 위치로부터 목표 위치인 것으로 가정되는 위치로 이동되는 재시도 작동을 수행하는 단계와,위치 설정을 종료하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 부하가 소정값보다 적은 경우에는 상기 결정하는 단계에서 가동체가 목표 위치인 것으로 가정되는 위치까지 이동된 것으로 결정하여 위치 설정은 종료되고,상기 부하가 소정값 이상인 경우에는 상기 결정하는 단계에서 가동체가 목표 위치인 것으로 가정되는 위치로 이동된 것으로 결정하여도 위치 설정은 종료되지 않고, 가동체가 재시도 위치로 추가로 이동되고, 재시도 작동이 수행되어, 소정 회수의 재시도 작동 동안 부하가 소정값보다 적어지는 경우 위치 설정이 종료되는 고정체에 대한 가동체의 위치 설정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 특정 재시도 시작 위치로부터의 소정 회수의 재시도 작동에도 위치 설정이 종료되지 않는 경우, 다른 재시도 작동이 다른 재시도 시작 위치를 설정함으로써 수행되는 고정체에 대한 가동체의 위치 설정 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 소정의 복수회 수행되는 상기 다른 재시도 작동에도 위치 설정이 종료되지 않는 경우, 경고가 발행되는 고정체에 대한 가동체의 위치 설정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동체는 모터에 의해 구동되고, 상기 부하는 모터의 부하 전류인 고정체에 대한 가동체의 위치 설정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정체는 기계 공구 상에 장착되는 부착부의 고정부이고, 상기 가동체는 고정부에서 회전 가능하게 지지되는 선회부인 고정체에 대한 가동체의 위치 설정 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고정체는 기계 공구 상에 장착되는 부착부의 고정부이고, 상기 가동체는 고정부에서 회전 가능하게 지지되는 선회부인 고정체에 대한 가동체의 위치 설정 방법.
