Claims (4)
- 가변 형상 터보 차저 및 터보 차저의 하류측에 위치한 미립자 필터를 설치된 EGR 시스템을 갖는 엔진이며,상기 엔진은 배기 밸브 서브 리프트형 EGR(배기 가스 재순환)이 엔진의 실린더에 있어서 흡기 통로내의 배기 가스중 일부를 다시 실린더 내로 유동시키기 위해 흡입 행정에서 소량의 리프트 만큼 배기 밸브 또는 밸브들을 리프트하도록 함으로써 실시되도록 구성되고,미립자 필터에 있어서 배기 가스 차압을 검출하는 수단과,검출된 차압에 기초하여 허용 내부 EGR 비율이 달성되는 미립자 필터 내의 차압이 얻어지도록 가변 형상 터보 차저의 노즐 각도를 산출하는 내부 EGR 제어기와,산출된 노즐 각도로 설정되도록 노즐 각도를 제어하는 액추에이터를 구비하는 EGR 시스템을 갖는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,내부 EGR 제어기는 허용 EGR 비율 대 기준 차압 및 노즐 각도 대 미립자 필터내의 차압을 설정하고, 상기 제어기는 검출된 차압과 기준 차압을 비교해 허용 내부 EGR 비율이 달성되는 미립자 필터 내의 차압이 얻어지도록 가변 형상 터보 차저의 노즐 각도를 산출하고, 산출된 노즐 각도로 설정되도록 노즐 각도를 제어하는 액추에이터를 제어하도록 구성되는 EGR 시스템을 갖는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가변 용량 압축기는 토출 압력을 변화시켜 가압 공기를 엔진에 공급할 수 있고, 노즐 각도가 엔진 운전 조건에 따라 설정된 각도보다 큰 경우 내부 EGR 제어기는 엔진에 공급되는 공기 압력이 가변 용량 압축기에 의해 증가되도록 가변 용량 압축기를 제어하는 EGR 시스템을 갖는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가변 용량 압축기는 가변 용량 압축기에 의해 가압된 공기가 가변 형상 터보 차저의 압축기에 의해 더욱 압축되도록 가변 형상 터보 차저의 압축기에 직렬로 연결되는 EGR 시스템을 갖는 엔진.
