Claims (8)
- 연료 전지에 있어서,발전에 기여하고, 막 전극 접합체를 포함하고 상기 막 전극 접합체를 끼워 넣는(sandwiching) 산화 가스 유로를 구비하는 세퍼레이터 및 연료 가스 유로를 구비하는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 발전 셀;발전에 기여하지 않고, 막 전극 접합체를 포함하지 않는 비-발전 셀; 및상기 발전 셀 및 상기 비-발전 셀이 적층되는 스택을 포함하되;상기 비-발전 셀은 기능면에서 서로 다른 복수의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비-발전 셀은:상기 발전 셀에 대하여, 상기 스택에 공급되는 유체에 포함되는 불순물의 적어도 일부의 공급을 억제하는 불순물 제거층; 및단열층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 비-발전 셀은 복수의 상기 발전 셀의 적층 방향의 말단에 적층되고,상기 비-발전 셀을 형성하는 복수의 층 중에서, 상기 단열층이 상기 발전 셀 측에 가장 가깝게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 비-발전 셀은 상기 불순물 제거층 및 상기 단열층에 더하여 집전층을 포함하고,상기 집전층, 상기 불순물 제거층 및 상기 단열층이 이러한 순서로 상기 발전 셀 측을 향하여 라미네이팅(laminate)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 불순물 제거층 및 상기 단열층은 불순물 제거 유로 및 단열 부재를 각각 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 비-발전 셀은 상기 불순물 제거층 및 상기 단열층에 더하여 집전층을 포함하되,상기 집전층은 도전판을 포함하고,상기 불순물 제거층은 불순물 제거 유로를 포함하는 필터 부재를 포함하고,상기 단열층은 단열 부재를 포함하고, 및상기 도전판, 상기 단열 부재 및 상기 필터 부재는 이 순서로 라미네이팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,표면에 홈을 가지는 필터 판; 및상기 단열층으로서 기능하는 단열 세퍼레이터를 포함하되;상기 단열 세퍼레이터 및 상기 필터 판의 상기 홈에 의해 둘러싸인 불순물 제거 유로는 상기 필터 판의 상기 표면에 상기 단열 세퍼레이터를 라미네이팅함으로써 형성되고; 및형성된 상기 불순물 제거 유로는 상기 불순물 제거층으로서 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 불순물 제거 층은 가스 공급 매니폴드(manifold)로부터 가스 배출 매니폴드로 발전 성능 저하 물질을 우회시키는 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지.
