Claims (10)
- 적어도 1개의 아이소사이아네이트기 또는 아이소사이아네이트기로부터 유도된 기를 갖는 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물을 용융상태 또는 용액상태로 고압 고온수에 연속적으로 혼입하여 분산시키는 것,아이소사이아네이트계 화합물과 고압 고온수를 포함하는 혼합액을 반응기에 연속적으로 공급하고, 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물을 반응기내에서 분해반응시키는 것, 및아이소사이아네이트계 화합물의 원료 또는 그 유도체를 회수하는 것을 포함하는 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물의 분해회수 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,용융상태 또는 용액상태의 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물의 혼입 위치에 있어서의 고압 고온수가 0.5m/s 이상의 선속도를 갖는 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물의 분해회수 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,아이소사이아네이트계 화합물과 고압 고온수를 포함하는 혼합액을 반응기내에서 선회류로서 상승시키는 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물의 분해회수 방법.
- 적어도 1개의 아이소사이아네이트기 또는 아이소사이아네이트기로부터 유도된 기를 갖는 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물에 고압 고온수를 접촉시켜 분해반응시키는 반응기와,반응기에 연속적으로 고압 고온수를 공급하는 물 공급라인과,물 공급라인에 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물을 용융상태 또는 용액상태로 연속적으로 공급하는 화합물 공급라인과,물 공급라인의 반응기에의 연통부 부근에 화합물 공급라인을 연통하는 개폐 밸브와,반응기로부터 배출되는 분해반응 생성물의 탈수를 행하는 탈수장치와,탈수후의 분해반응 생성물의 정제를 행하는 정제장치를 포함하는 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물의 분해회수 설비.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,개폐 밸브가,물 공급라인에 장착되어, 고압 고온수가 흐르는 수류 통로를 갖는 수류 통관 부재와,수류 통로내에 개구되어, 화합물 공급라인으로부터 공급되는 용융상태 또는 액체상태의 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물이 유출하는 화합물 공급구와,수류 통로내에의 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물의 유출을 폐지하는 폐밸브 상 태에 있어서, 화합물 공급구내에의 고압 고온수의 유입을 저지하는 진퇴 자재인 밸브 막대를 포함하는 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물의 분해회수 설비.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,반응기가,상측에 분해반응 생성물의 배출구를, 하측에 물 공급라인이 연통하는 혼합액 공급구를 갖는 수직인 원통상의 용기 본체와,이 용기 본체내에 수납되어, 혼합액 공급구로부터 유입하는 혼합액을 선회류로서 상승시키는 액 선회장치를 포함하는 아이소사이아네이트계 분해대상 화합물의 분해회수 설비.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,반응기가,상측에 분해반응 생성물의 배출구를, 하측에 물 공급라인이 연통하는 혼합액 공급구를 갖는 수직인 원통상의 용기 본체와,이 용기 본체내에 수납되어, 혼합액 공급구로부터 유입하는 혼합액을 선회류로서 상승시키는 액 선회장치를 포함하는 아이소사이아네이트계 분해대상 화합물의 분해회수 설비.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,액 선회장치가,용기 본체의 직경방향의 중심에 설치되는 날개 지지부재와,날개 지지부재에 나선상으로 고착되는 동시에, 외주단면이 용기 본체의 내주면에 접촉하는 나선 날개를 포함하는 아이소사이아네이트계 분해대상 화합물의 분해회수 설비.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,액 선회장치가,용기 본체의 직경방향의 중심에 설치되는 날개 지지부재와,날개 지지부재에 나선상으로 고착되는 동시에, 외주단면이 용기 본체의 내주면에 접촉하는 나선 날개를 포함하는 아이소사이아네이트계 분해대상 화합물의 분해회수 설비.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고압 고온수, 및 용융상태 또는 액체상태의 아이소사이아네이트계 화합물이, 다(多) 피스톤 펌프에 의해 압송되는 아이소사이아네이트계 분해대상 화합물의 분해회수 설비.
