Claims (12)
- 세퍼레이터(separator)와 상기 세퍼레이터의 양면에 배치되는 양극판 및 음극판을 포함하는 전극군; 및상기 전극군이 내장되며 표면에 절연층이 형성되는 케이스(case);를 포함하는 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 양극산화피막을 포함하는 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 양극산화피막에 형성되는 유기물층을 포함하는 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 양극산화피막은 30㎛ 내지 100㎛의 두께로 형성되는 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 양극산화피막은 알루미나 세라믹(alumina ceramic)으로 이루어지는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 상기 케이스의 외측 표면에만 형성되는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이차전지는 모터 구동용인 이차전지.
- 세퍼레이터와 상기 세퍼레이터의 양면에 부착되는 양극판 및 음극판을 적층하여 전극군을 형성하는 단계;상기 전극군이 삽입되는 케이스에 절연층을 형성하는 단계;상기 케이스에 상기 전극군을 삽입하고 밀폐시키는 단계;를 포함하는 이차전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 절연층을 형성하는 단계는 양극산화처리(anodizing process)로 양극산화피막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 이차전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 절연층을 형성하는 단계는 상기 양극산화피막에 유기물 봉공처리 단계를 포함하는 이차전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 양극산화피막은 30㎛ 내지 100㎛의 두께로 형성되는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 양극산화피막은 저온 황산법에 의하여 형성되는 이차전지의 제조방법.
