Claims (5)
- 다중 입력 다중 출력(MIMO) 방식의 안테나 기법이 적용된 광대역 무선 접속 시스템에서, 다양한 MIMO 및 프리코딩 기술을 지원하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 MIMO 기술을 지시할 수 있는 기본 정보 필드들과 다양한 프리코딩 기술을 지시할 수 있는 정보 필드들을 포함하는 하향 링크 맵 메시지를 구성하는 과정과,상기 하향 링크 맵 메시지를 이용하여 상기 단말에 상기 MIMO 기술을 적용하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하향 링크 맵 메시지는 레이어 별 코딩과 변조 정보를 나타내는 필드들과, 채널 측정 정보(CQI) 할당에 대한 리스트 정보를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하향 링크 맵 메시지는 STC 인코더의 출력 스트림의 수(Mt)를 나타내는 필드를 포함하고, 상기 코딩과 변조 정보를 나타내는 필드를 통해 적용 가능한 MIMO 기본 기술을 지시함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 하향 링크 맵 메시지는 지원 가능한 모드가 변하였는지를 지시하는 필드를 포함하며, 상기 코딩과 변조 정보를 나타내는 필드에 지시된 레이어의 수와, 상기 출력 스트림의 수(Mt)와, 상기 기본 정보 필드의 값을 통해 상기 STC 인코더의 종류를 알 수 있도록 지시함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 MIMO 기술을 적용하는 과정은,상기 하향 맵 메시지에 포함된 다양한 프리코딩 기술을 지시할 수 있는 정보 필드가 안테나 결합 프리코딩 기술로 지정된 경우, 상기 하향 맵 메시지에 지정된 레이어 수 및 스트림 수에 의해 우선 적용될 MIMO 기술을 결정하는 단계와,상기 하향 맵 메시지에 지정된 안테나 결합 인덱스 필드에 의해 최종 적용도리 MIMO 기술을 결정하는 단계와,상기 결정된 MIMO 기술을 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
