Claims (18)
- 윤활유 100 중량부;표면이 탄소층으로 이루어진 탄소 함유 금속 나노 입자 0.02 내지 20중량부;계면활성제 0.01 내지 10중량부; 및분산제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소층은 1 내지 20nm의 두께로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유 금속 나노 입자의 입경은 5 내지 300nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유 금속 나노 입자는 구리, 니켈, 알루미늄, 철, 금 또는 은 단독, 이들의 합금 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 합금은 구리 함유 합금이며, 상기 구리 함유 합금은 상기 니켈, 알루미늄, 철, 금 또는 은을 1 내지 60중량%의 함량으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 계면활성제는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 노닐페닐에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 옥틸페닐에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 도데실페닐에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 알킬아릴에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 올레일에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 라우릴에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 알킬페닐에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 올레핀산에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디스테아린산에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 솔비탄 모노라우레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 솔비탄 모노스테아레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 알킬에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 라노린알콜에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 라노린지방산에스테르, 유기 아미노산 또는 스테아르산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분산제는 에폭시 수지, 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐부티랄, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 글루코오스, 소듐도데실설페이트, 소듐시트레이트, 올레산 또는 리놀레산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물.
- (a) 윤활유 100중량부에 표면이 탄소층으로 이루어진 탄소 함유 금속 나노 입자 0.02 내지 20중량부를 첨가하고, 이를 기계적으로 혼합하는 단계;(b) 상기 (a)단계의 결과물에 상기 윤활유 100중량부에 대하여 계면활성제 0.01 내지 10중량부 및 분산제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 첨가하고, 이를 초음파 분산 처리하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 (b)단계의 결과물을 기계적으로 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 탄소층은 1 내지 20nm의 두께로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유 금속 나노 입자의 입경은 5 내지 300nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유 금속 나노 입자는 구리, 니켈, 알루미늄, 철, 금 또는 은 단 독, 이들의 합금 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 합금은 구리 함유 합금이며, 상기 구리 함유 합금은 상기 니켈, 알루미늄, 철, 금 또는 은을 1 내지 60중량%의 함량으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유 금속 나노 입자는 기상응축(Gas Condensation)법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유 금속 나노 입자는 전기폭발(Pulsed Wire Evaporation: PWE)법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 전기폭발법은 반응 챔버를 구비하는 전기폭발장치를 이용하고, 상기 반응 챔버 내부로 불활성 가스, 탄화수소 가스 및 금속 와이어를 공급하는 단계; 및상기 공급된 금속 와이어의 전기폭발을 통해 상기 탄소 함유 금속 나노 입자 를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 탄화수소 가스는 메탄, 에탄, 에틸렌, 프로판, 프로필렌, 부탄 또는 부틸렌 가스로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 초음파 분산은 40 내지 800W/㎠의 세기로, 5 내지 60℃의 온도에서, 5 내지 100분 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 (a)단계의 혼합 및 상기 (c)단계의 혼합은 5분 내지 300분 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법.
