Claims (4)
- 담금질 조직의 다공질 철계 소결합금으로 이루어지고, 내주면을 절삭가공함으로써, 원주방향으로 연장되는 고저차가 2~12.5㎛의 요철 라인을 축방향으로 복수 병렬시켜서, 축방향에 기복면을 형성하는 동시에, 내주면의 표층으로부터 깊이 10~60㎛의 부분을 치밀화하고, 표면기공을 봉공하여, 표면에 개구하는 기공을 1~10면적%로 하고, 면압 6kgf/mm2(58.8MPa) 이상 및 슬라이딩속도 2~5cm/s에서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 미끄럼 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 철계 소결합금이, 철탄소계 합금기지중에 마텐사이트를 포함하는 동시에, 동이 분산되고, 동의 함유량이 15~25질량%이고, 유효 다공율이 15~28%인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 미끄럼 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 베어링의 내주면이 레이디얼 하중을 받아서 축과의 슬라이딩에 의한 초기마모에 의해, 레이디얼 하중을 받은 베어링 내주면 및 그 근방 내주면의 노출 기공량이, 그 밖의 내주면의 노출 기공량보다도 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 미끄럼 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 건설기계 유압 셔블의 관절용 또는 크레인의 암 지지 관절용으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 함유 미끄럼 베어링.
