Claims (19)
- 피치(P)와 파고(W)를 갖는 적어도 부분적으로 텍스처된 필름(2)을 포함하는 하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법으로서,- 상기 파고(W)의 크기의 15% 이하인 평균 땜납 직경(D)의 분말 땜납(3)을 선택하는 단계,- 다음 식,에 따라 최소 접착제 스트립 폭(B)을 결정하는 단계,- 주름에 의해 형성된 주름 피크들의 적어도 일부에서 상기 적어도 부분적으로 텍스처된 필름 이상에 걸쳐 접착제를 상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B) 내로 도포하는 단계, 및- 상기 하니컴 구조물(1)에 땜납을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B)은 추가 폭(Z) 만큼 확대되며, 상기 추가 폭은 0.2 D < Z < D 범위인,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B)은 0mm < K < 1mm 범위에 있고 상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B)에 더하거나 빼는 수정값(K)에 의해 결정되는,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 부분적으로 텍스처된 필름(2)에 먼저 상기 접착제(4)가 제공되고, 하니컴 구조물(1)이 그 후 형성되며, 그 후 땜납이 상기 하니컴 구조물(1)의 단부측(5)에 도포되는,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 하니컴 구조물(1)은 하나 이상의 추가적인 매끄러운 필름(6)에 의해 형성되며, 상기 하나 이상의 텍스처된 필름(2)과 하나 이상의 매끄러운 필름(6)은 유체가 유동할 수 있는 덕트(7)가 형성하도록 적층 및/또는 감기는,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B)은 1.75mm 이하, 특히 1mm 이하, 및 바람직하게 0.5mm 이하인,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하니컴 구조물(1)에 상기 접착제를 도포하는 것은 상기 하니컴 구조물(1)의 축선(9) 방향으로의 적어도 일 영역(8) 상에서만 수행되는,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B) 외측에 모이는 상기 접착제(4)는 땜납의 도포 전에 세정 단계에서 제거되는,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접착제(4)가 선택적으로 조절될 수 있고 반복 가능한 형태로 각각 활성 또는 비활성될 수 있는 두 접착제 특성을 가지며,- 상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B) 외측에 모이는 상기 접착제(4)의 접착 특성은 땜납의 도포 전에 비활성화되고 및/또는- 상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B) 내측에 모이는 상기 접착제(4)의 접착 특성은땜납의 도포 전에 활성화되는,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,40㎛내지 120㎛범위의 상기 분말 땜납(3)의 평균 땜납 직경(D)이 사용되는,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,땜납 도포 후에 또는 상기 하니컴 구조물(1)의 후속적인 열처리 후에, 상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B)과 비교하여 필수적으로 단지 최대 10%, 바람직하게 최대 5%의 허용한도를 갖는, 특히 상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B) 보다 크지 않은 땜납 스트립 폭(L)이 발생되며,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하니컴 구조물(1)이 땜납의 도포 전에 하우징(10) 내로 적어도 부분적으로 도입되는,하니컴 구조물에 접착제 및 땜납을 도포하는 방법.
- 유체가 유동할 수 있는 덕트(7)가 형성되도록 피치(P)와 파고(W)를 갖는 적어도 부분적으로 텍스처된 필름(2)을 포함하는 하니컴 구조물(1)로서, 접착제와 평균 땜납 직경(D)을 갖는 분말 땜납(3)이 접착제 스트립 폭(B) 내에서 필름(1, 2) 사이의 접촉 영역(11)에 제공되는, 하니컴 구조물에 있어서,상기 접착제 스트립 폭(B)과 땜납 직경(D)이 필수적으로 다음 관계식에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는,하니컴 구조물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,또한 바람직하게 매끄러운 필름(6)을 포함하며, 상기 필름(2, 6)이 180㎛ 이하, 특히 100㎛ 이하, 바람직하게 40㎛ 이하의 필름 두께(12)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,하니컴 구조물.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 파고(W)가 4mm 내지 0.5mm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는,하니컴 구조물.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피치(P)가 6mm 내지 0.8mm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는,하니컴 구조물.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,600cpsi 이상, 특히 800cpsi 이상의 덕트 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,하니컴 구조물.
