Description
Claims (12)
- 양극판과, 세퍼레이터, 음극판이 권취된 전지부와;상기 양극판과 전기적으로 연결되며 상기 양극판으로부터 인출된 양극리드와;상기 음극판과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 음극판으로부터 인출되고 단면적이 인접부분보다 감소함으로써 과전류가 흐를 경우 단선되는 전류 차단부를 가지는 음극리드;를 구비한 리튬이온전지용 전극조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극리드의 전류 차단부는 그 단변부에 노치를 형성함으로써 단면적이 감소하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지용 전극조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극리드의 전류 차단부는 그 장변부에 노치를 형성함으로써 단면적이 감소하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지용 전극조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전류 차단부의 단면적은 인접한 부분의 0.2 에서 0.9 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지용 전극조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 있어서,상기 음극리드는 구리로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지용 전극조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 있어서,상기 음극리드는 니켈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지용 전극조립체.
- 양극판과, 세퍼레이터, 음극판이 권취된 전지부와, 상기 양극판과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 양극판으로부터 인출된 양극리드와, 상기 음극판과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 음극판으로부터 인출되고 단면적이 인접부분보다 감소함으로써 과전류가 흐를 경우 단선되는 전류 차단부를 가지는 음극리드를 구비한 리튬이온전지용 전극조립체와;상기 리튬이온전지용 전극조립체를 수용하는 캔과;상기 캔의 상측 단부에 용접되고 상기 리튬이온전지용 전극조립체의 음극리드와 전기적으로 연결되는 음극단자를 포함하는 캡 플레이트;를 구비하는 리튬이온전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 캔은 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 캔은 각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지.
- 제 8항 또는 제 9항에 있어서,상기 음극리드의 전류 차단부는 그 단면적이 감소하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 음극리드의 전류 차단부는 그 단변부에 노치를 형성함으로써 단면적이 감소하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 음극리드의 전류 차단부는 그 장변부에 노치를 형성함으로써 단면적이 감소하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지.
