Abstract
【解決手段】正極板、セパレータ及び負極板が巻き取られた電池部と、前記正極板と電気的に連結されて前記正極板から引き出された正極リードと、前記負極板と電気的に連結され、前記負極板から引き出されて断面積が隣接部分より狭くなることにより過電流が流れる場合に断線される電流遮断部を有する負極リードとを備えたリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体及びこれを利用したリチウムイオン電池による。

Claims (17)
- 正極板、セパレータ及び負極板が巻き取られた電池部と、前記正極板と電気的に連結されて前記正極板から引き出された正極リードと、前記負極板と電気的に連結され、過電流が流れる場合に断線される電流遮断部を有する負極リードとを備えたリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体。
- 前記電流遮断部は前記負極板から引き出されて断面積が隣接部分より狭いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体。
- 前記負極リードの電流遮断部はその短辺部にノッチを形成することにより断面積が狭くなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体。
- 前記負極リードの電流遮断部はその長辺部にノッチを形成することにより断面積が狭くなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体。
- 前記負極リードの電流遮断部は隣接部に比べて薄くすることにより断面積が狭くなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体。
- 前記負極リードの電流遮断部は孔を有することにより断面積が狭くなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体。
- 前記電流遮断部の断面積は隣接した部分の0.2〜0.9倍であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体。
- 前記負極リードは銅からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のうちいずれか1項記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体。
- 前記負極リードはニッケルからなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のうちいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体。
- 正極板、セパレータ及び負極板が巻き取られた電池部と、前記正極板と電気的に連結され、前記正極板から引き出された正極リードと、前記負極板と電気的に連結され、過電流が流れる場合に断線される電流遮断部を有する負極リードを備えたリチウムイオン電池用電極組立体と、前記リチウムイオン電池用電極組立体を収容するカンと、前記カンの上側端部に溶接されて前記リチウムイオン電池用電極組立体の負極リードと電気的に連結される負極端子とを含むキャッププレートとを備えるリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記カンは円筒形であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記カンは角形であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記負極リードの電流遮断部は負極板から引き出されて断面積が隣接部分より狭いことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記負極リードの電流遮断部はその短辺部にノッチを形成することにより断面積が狭くなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記負極リードの電流遮断部はその長辺部にノッチを形成することにより断面積が狭くなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記負極リードの電流遮断部は隣接部に比べて薄くすることにより断面積が狭くなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記負極リードの電流遮断部は孔を有することにより断面積が狭くなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
