Claims (29)
- C를 제외한 14족 원소 및 Tl을 제외한 13족 원소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 함유하는 합금 분말을 기계적 밀링 처리하여 제작하는 음극 활성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합금 분말은 제 4 주기의 천이 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 부가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합금 분말은 상기 C를 제외한 14족 원소 및 Tl을 제외한 13족 원소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 액화 용해하여 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 합금 분말은 가스 분무화법에 의해 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질.
- C를 제외한 14족 원소 및 Tl을 제외한 13족 원소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 함유하는 분말을 포함하는 원료를 90℃ 미만의 반응 온도에서 기계적 합금 처리하여 제작하는 음극 활성 물질.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 원료는 제 4 주기의 천이 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 함유하는 분말을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 산소 농도가 1중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 합금 처리 중의 반응 온도는 85℃ 미만으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질.
- C를 제외한 14족 원소 및 Tl을 제외한 13족 원소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 함유하는 합금 분말을 기계적 밀링 처리하는 음극 활성 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 합금 분말은 제 4 주기의 천이 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 부가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 밀링 처리는 볼 밀을 사용하여 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 밀링 처리는 아트라이터를 사용하여 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 분말 합금은 상기 C를 제외한 14족 원소 및 Tl을 제외한 13족 원소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 가열 용해하고, 액화하여 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 합금 분말은 가스 분무화법에 의해 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질의 제조 방법.
- C를 제외한 14족 원소 및 Tl을 제외한 13족 원소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 함유하는 분말을 포함하는 원료를, 90℃ 미만의 반응 온도에서 기계적 합금 처리를 실시하는 음극 활성 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 원료는 제 4 주기의 천이 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 함유하는 분말을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 합금 처리 중의 반응 온도를 85℃ 미만으로하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 활성 물질의 제조 방법.
- 음극 활성 물질을 함유하는 음극과, 양극, 및 비수전해질을 포함하는 비수전해질 전지에 있어서,상기 음극 활성 물질은 C를 제외한 14족 원소 및 Tl을 제외한 13족 원소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 함유하는 합금 분말을 기계적 밀링 처리를 실시하여 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 합금 분말은 제 4 주기의 천이 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 부가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 합금 분말은 상기 C를 제외한 14족 원소 및 Tl을 제외한 13족 원소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 가열 용해하고, 액화하여 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 합금 분말은 가스 분무화법에 의해 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 양극은 양극 활성 물질로서 리튬 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 2차 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 음극 활성 물질을 함유하는 음극과, 양극, 및 비수전해질을 구비하는 비수전해질 전지에 있어서,상기 음극 활성 물질은 C를 제외한 14족 원소 및 Tl을 제외한 13족 원소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 함유하는 분말을 포함하는 원료를, 90℃ 미만의 반응 온도에서 기계적 합금 처리를 실시하여 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 원료는 제 4 주기의 천이 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류의 원소를 함유하는 분말을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활성 물질은 1중량% 이하의 산소 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 합금 처리 중의 반응 온도는 85℃ 미만으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 양극은 양극 활성 물질로서 리튬 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 2차 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
