Claims (7)
- 브레이크 모멘트를 발생시키기 위해서, 자동차 휠과 회전 불가능하게 고정된 브레이크 바디에 대해서 눌러질 수 있는 마찰 브레이크 라이닝을 구비한, 자동차용 휠 브레이크 장치에 있어서,상기 휠 브레이크 장치(10)는 선회 가능한 레버(22)를 포함하며, 상기 레버(22)에 의해서 마찰 브레이크 라이닝(18)은 레버(22)의 선회를 통해 브레이크 바디(14)에 대해서 눌러질 수 있으며, 상기 휠 브레이크 장치(10)는 예비 응력을 받는 스프링 소자(26)를 포함하고 상기 소자는 마찰 브레이크 라이닝(18)으로부터 간격을 두고 레버(22)에 작용하며 브레이크 바디(14)에 대해 마찰 브레이크 라이닝(18)을 누를 시 레버에 힘을 가하고, 레버(22)는 비-직선 슬라이딩 가이드(30, 32)를 포함하고 슬라이딩 가이드를 통해서 선회 가능하게 지지부(32, 34)에 지지되며, 상기 지지부는 레버(22)의 종방향으로 이동할 수 있고, 레버(22)의 슬라이딩 가이드(30, 32)의 경로는, 각각의 지지 지점에서 상기 가이드가 지지부(32, 34)의 이동 방향에 적어도 거의 평행하게 진행하도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 레버(22)의 지지부(32, 34)는 레버(22)에 대한 예비 응력을 받는 스프링 소자(26)의 지지 지점과 레버(22)에 대한 마찰 브레이크 라이닝(18)의 지지 지점 사이에서 레버(22)의 종방향으로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 휠 브레이크 장치(10)는 레버(22)의 지지부(32, 34)를 이동시키기 위해 스핀들 구동기(36, 38)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 휠 브레이크 장치(10)는 상기 스핀들 구동기(36, 38)를 회전 구동시키기 위한 전기 모터(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 휠 브레이크 장치(10)는 휠 브레이크 장치(10)가 작동하지 않을 때, 마찰 브레이크 라이닝(18)과 브레이크 바디(14) 사이의 공기 유극을 조정하기 위한 조정 장치(42, 44)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 조정 장치(42, 44)는 자동식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 조정 장치(42, 44)는 마찰 브레이크 라이닝(18)의 프레스 방향에 가로질러서 브레이크 바디(14)에 대해서 이동하는 웨지(42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
