Claims (7)
- 브레이크 모멘트를 발생시키기 위해 상대적 회전에 대항하여 고정되는 방식으로 자동차 휠에 연결된 브레이크 바디에 대해 가압될 수 있는 휠 브레이크 라이닝을 포함하는, 자동차용 휠 브레이크 장치에 있어서,상기 휠 브레이크 장치는 선회 가능한 레버(22), 및 에너지 저장식 스프링 소자(26)를 포함하고,상기 휠 브레이크 라이닝(18)은 상기 레버(22)의 선회에 의해 브레이크 디스크(14)에 대해 가압될 수 있으며,상기 스프링 소자(26)는, 상기 휠 브레이크 라이닝(18)으로부터 간격을 두고, 상기 브레이크 디스크(14)에 대항하여 상기 휠 브레이크 라이닝(18)을 가압하는 방향으로 상기 레버(22)에 결합하고 또한 힘을 가하며,상기 레버(22)는 지지부(32, 34)상에 상기 레버(22)를 선회 가능하게 지지하는 비직선의 슬라이딩 가이드(30, 32)를 포함하며,상기 지지부(32, 34)는 상기 레버(22)의 종방향으로 이동될 수 있으며, 상기 레버(22)가 선회하는 지점(fulcrum)을 제공하며,상기 레버(22)의 슬라이딩 가이드(30, 32)의 경로는, 상기 지지부(32, 34)가 상기 레버(22)의 종방향을 따라 이동됨에 따라, 상기 슬라이딩 가이드(30, 32)의 경로가 각각의 지지점에서 상기 지지부(32, 34)의 이동 방향과 평행하게 연장하는 방식으로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 레버(22)의 상기 지지부(32, 34)는 상기 레버(22)에 대한 상기 에너지 저장식 스프링 소자(26)의 작용점과 상기 레버(22)에 대한 상기 휠 브레이크 라이닝(18)의 작용점 사이에서 상기 레버(22)의 종방향으로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 휠 브레이크 장치(10)는 상기 레버(22)의 상기 지지부(32, 34)를 이동시키기 위한 스핀들 구동기(36, 38)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 휠 브레이크 장치(10)는 상기 스핀들 구동기(36, 38)를 회전 구동시키기 위한 전기 모터(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크 장치.
