Description
Claims (10)
- 각각의 흡기구(inlet opening) 및 배기구(outlet opening)를 형성하는 흡기 말단부 및 배기 말단부를 가지며, 상기 모든 흡기구는 흡기 말단부가 제1 흡기 매니폴드(manifold)를 형성하도록 함께 연결되며, 상기 모든 배기구는 배기 말단부가 제1 배기 매니폴드를 형성하도록 함께 연결되는 복수 개가 적층되는 제1 관 형상 부재,상기 복수 개의 제1 관 형상 부재에 인접 위치되며, 각각의 흡기구 및 배기구를 형성하는 흡기 말단부 및 배기 말단부를 가지며, 상기 모든 흡기구는 흡기 말단부가 제2 흡기 매니폴드를 형성하도록 함께 연결되며, 상기 모든 배기구는 배기 말단부가 제2 배기 매니폴드를 형성하도록 함께 연결되는 복수 개가 적층되는 제2 관 형상 부재,제1 배기 매니폴드와 연결되도록 결합되는 제2 배기 매니폴드,제1 흡기 매니폴드와 연결되도록 결합되는 제2 흡기 매니폴드,제1 및 제2 흡기 매니폴드 사이에 위치되며, 제1 흡기 매니폴드의 흐름 부분만이 제2 흡기 매니폴드로 통과되는 것을 허용하는 제1 오리피스(orifice)를 형성하는 제1 배리어(barrier)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배리어는 분리된 배플 플레이트 삽입물(discret baffle plate insert)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배리어는 제1 및 제2 흡기 매니폴드의 인접 말단부 중 어느 하나에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흐름 부분은 복수 개가 적층된 제1 관 형상 부재 전체 유속에 실질적으로 영향을 미치지 않을 정도로 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 제2 관 형상 부재에 인접하여 위치되며, 각각의 흡기구 및 배기구를 형성하는 흡기 말단부 및 배기 말단부를 가지며, 상기 모든 흡기구는 흡기 말단부가 제3 흡기 매니폴드를 형성하도록 함께 연결되며, 상기 모든 배기구는 배기 말단부가 제3 배기 매니폴드를 형성하도록 함께 연결되는 복수 개가 적층되는 제3 관 형상 부재,제2 배기 매니폴드와 연결되도록 결합되는 제3 배기 매니폴드,제2 흡기 매니폴드와 연결되도록 결합되는 제3 흡기 매니폴드,제2 흡기 매니폴드 및 제3 흡기 매니폴드 사이에 위치되며, 제2 흡기 매니폴드의 흐름 부분만이 제3 흡기 매니폴드로 통과되는 것을 허용하는 제2 오리피스를형성하는 제2 배리어를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 오리피스는 상기 제2 오리피스보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 배리어는 제1 흡기 매니폴드의 흐름 부분이 제2 흡기 매니폴드로 통과되는 것을 더 허용하는 오리피스를 적어도 하나 더 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오리피스는 수평형 슬롯(horizontal slot)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오리피스는 수직형 슬롯(vertical slot)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관 형상 부재는 그 사이에 흐름 채널을 형성하는 서로 맞댄 플레이트로 형성된 한 쌍의 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
