Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- (a) 기판;(b) 상기 기판에 배치된 양극 및 음극; 및(c) 양극과 음극 사이에 배치되고 호스트 및 하나 이상의 도판트를 포함하는 발광층을 포함하되;(d) 상기 발광층의 호스트가 2 성분 이상의 혼합물로서 (i) 혼합물의 제 1 성분이 전자 및 정공을 둘다 수송할 수 있고 실질적으로 비극성인 유기 화합물이고 (ii) 혼합물의 제 2 성분이 제 1 성분 보다 더 극성의 유기 화합물인 혼합물을 포함하는 고체 유기 물질을 포함하도록 선택되고;(e) 상기 발광층의 도판트가 발광 장치로부터 빛을 생성하도록 선택된 유기 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 2 성분이 제 1 성분 보다 작은 밴드 갭(band gap)을 갖는 유기 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,발광층의 도판트가 제 1 및 제 2 호스트 성분 보다 작은 밴드 갭을 갖는 유기 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,벤젠노이드 화합물이 하기 화학식 1의 화합물을 갖는 유기 발광 장치:화학식 1상기 식에서,치환기 R1, R2, R3및 R4는 각각 개별적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 24의 알킬, 아릴, 또는 탄소수 5 내지 30의 치환된 아릴이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 성분이을 포함하는 유기 발광 장치.
