Claims (5)
- 행렬 형상으로 배치된 복수의 화소 전극과,행 방향으로 연장하여 복수 배치된 게이트선과,열 방향으로 연장하여 복수 배치된 드레인선과,상기 게이트선의 게이트 신호에 따라 상기 드레인선의 영상 신호를 상기 화소 전극에 공급하는 복수의 스위칭 소자와,상기 복수의 드레인선 중 소정의 드레인선을 순차 선택하여 영상 신호를 공급하는 드레인선 드라이버와,상기 복수의 게이트선 중 소정의 게이트선을 순차 선택하여 게이트 신호를 공급하는 게이트선 드라이버를 갖는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 드레인선 드라이버 또는/및 게이트선 드라이버에는, 시분할로 동작하는 복수의 레벨 시프터가 접속되며, 상기 레벨 시프터에 의해 승압된 전압이 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 드레인선 드라이버 또는/및 게이트선 드라이버는 복수의 시프트 레지스터로 이루어지는 스캐너를 구비하고,상기 레벨 시프터 각각에는 상기 시프트 레지스터 1개가 대응하여 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 드레인선 드라이버 또는/및 게이트선 드라이버는 복수의 시프트 레지스터로 이루어지는 스캐너를 구비하고,상기 레벨 시프터 각각에는 복수의 상기 시프트 레지스터가 대응하여 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,1개의 상기 레벨 시프터에 대응하는 상기 시프트 레지스터는 15개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 드레인선 드라이버에 시분할로 동작하는 복수의 레벨 시프터가 접속되고,상기 게이트선 드라이버에는 1개의 레벨 시프터와 버퍼로 이루어지는 전위 변환 회로가 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
