Description

자동차의 엔진마운팅 멤버 취부구조 {Engine mount member fixing structure for automobiles}Engine mount member fixing structure for automobiles}

The present invention relates to an engine mounting member mounting structure of a vehicle. More specifically, when mounting the engine mounting member, the mounting position of one side is changed from the lower panel of the dash panel to the lower part of the front frame to inject impact energy during a vehicle crash, thereby injuring the driver It is invented to prevent the damage of the teeth and the vehicle body.

In general, the mounting of the engine mounting member of a vehicle is used by mounting it to the lower panel of the dash panel.

In addition, the dash panel that mounts the engine mounting member of the vehicle is a partition member that partitions the engine room and the interior of the vehicle, and serves to prevent the noise of the engine from entering the interior of the vehicle.

In addition, in the FF vehicle, which is a horizontal engine, the cross member is set under the dash lower to form an input considering the input from the suspension lower link, the steering reaction force, the engine mount input, and the like.

In a vehicle having a partial frame structure, a dash cross member is often not set so that the above inputs are all handled by the frame side.

On the other hand, the front frame installed on the lower side of the dash panel of the vehicle is the most important skeleton member constituting the front body, and serves to secure the rigidity by combining the lower surface of the front floor in the lower dash panel.

In addition, an input condition that receives the front suspension load of the front frame is greatly influenced by a suspension type or the like.

In the case of a structure in which a partial frame is provided, the partial frame receives part or all of the suspension input, but the partial frame is preferably mounted on this rigid member.

In this way, the design of the front frame depends on the basic structure of the vehicle, so the design conditions must be taken into account sufficiently. In the case of collision at low speed, sufficient strength is required so that there is no deformation of the vehicle body. By deflecting right and left, shock energy is absorbed.

Since the mounting structure of the engine mounting member of the conventional vehicle configured as described above is all mounted on the lower panel of the dash panel, the collision energy from the front during the frontal collision or the 40% offset collision test is concentrated to the lower panel of the dash panel through the engine mounting member. First, there was a problem of dissatisfaction with various safety laws and deterioration of merchandise due to high win-win injury value.

Second, since the mounting points are close, cracks are generated in the vehicle body in various endurance tests, and there is a closed end that the durability is lowered.

An object of the present invention is to change the one side mounting position from the lower panel of the dash panel to the lower front frame when the engine mounting member is mounted to inject impact energy during vehicle collision, thereby preventing the injury of the driver and damage to the vehicle body. It is to provide an engine mounting mounting structure.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an engine mounting structure of an automobile capable of improving reliability and safety of a product.

4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA ′ of FIG. 2.

Figure 5 is an enlarged plan view of the main portion showing a state in which the engine mounting member one side fixed portion is changed from the bottom of the member of the dash panel to the front frame is applied to the present invention.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged bottom view of a main part illustrating a state in which an engine mounting member one side fixing portion is changed from a member lower portion of the dash panel to a lower front frame according to the present invention.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB ′ of FIG. 5.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the engine mounting member mounting structure of the present invention vehicle protects passengers and the vehicle body by distributing impact energy generated by load transfer through the engine mounting member 10 during frontal collision of the vehicle. In order to do so, the mounting position of the engine mounting member 10 is formed by separating the dash panel lower member 20 and the fronton frame 30, respectively.

The dash panel lower member 20 is located at the front of the vehicle body and partitions the engine room and the cabin, and one side of the engine mounting member 10 is mounted to one side of the body by the fixing member 40. , The first fixing part 21 is formed.

In addition, the fixing member 40 for fixing one side of the body to the first fixing part 21 of the lower panel 20 of the dash panel is used by using the bolt 41 and the nut 42, and in addition to this method, Phosphorus fixation is included in the configuration of the present invention.

On the other hand, the other side of the engine mounting member 10 is attached to the front side of the front panel frame 30, which is located below the dash panel lower member 20 to maintain the rigidity of the vehicle body, by the fixing member 40. In order to make it possible, the second fixing part 31 is formed.

Accordingly, the engine mounting member mounting structure of the present invention vehicle is separated from the dash panel lower member 20 and the fronton frame 30 so as to mount the engine mounting member 10 so as to mount the engine mounting member 10. Since the second fixing part 31 is formed to be separated with the stepped part having a predetermined height, it is possible to protect the occupant and the vehicle body during the frontal collision of the vehicle or during the 40% offset collision test.

That is, the impact energy generated by the load transfer of the engine mounting member 10 during the frontal collision of the vehicle can be distributed to the dash panel lower member 20 and the fronton frame 30 as shown in FIG. Injury value can be reduced, and damage to the vehicle body can be reduced as well.

According to the configuration of the present invention as described above, unlike the engine mounting member mounting structure of the conventional vehicle, the first and second fixing parts are formed on the lower panel and the front panel frame 30, respectively, thereby fixing the engine mounting member.
