Abstract
본 고안은 자동차용 사이드 멤버와 크로스 멤버의 접합보강구조에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 사이드 멤버에 삽입관통되어 연결융착되어 있는 크로스 멤버의 연결 융착 부위에 상호간을 연결보강시켜 주는 별도의 보강부재를 외주면 양측에 접합 구성시켜 주어, 제작시 적재무게에 대응할 수 있도록 상기 사이드 멤버의 단면형상의 보완이나 두께를 조정할 필요가 없도록 하여 이에 따른 원가의 절감과 상품성의 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 하여 결과적으로 본 고안의 기술을 이용하여 생산되는 차량 전체의 부가가치를 향상시켜 차량의 품질성을 향상시켜 줄 수 있도록 하였음은 물론이고, 더불어, 신뢰성 등을 향상시켜 줄 수 있도록 한 고안이다.The present invention relates to the joint reinforcement structure of the side member and cross member for the vehicle, and more specifically, the additional reinforcing member for connecting and reinforcing each other at the connection fusion site of the cross member inserted through the side member and fusion-bonded.
