The plating apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a
First, the
Next, the
Hereinafter, for convenience of description, the first plated material F 1 passing through the
As shown in FIG. 2 , a plurality of plating
The blocking
The first
On the other hand, the electric fields generated in the first
Then, even if the first
In addition, due to various causes in addition to the mismatch in potential between the first
In order to prevent erroneous precipitation of the metal layer, the
Next, the
As shown in FIG. 2 , the energizing
The
As described above, as the energizing
On the other hand, although it has been described that a negative potential is applied to the material to be plated (F) at the same time as the material to be plated (F) is transferred using the energizing roll (32), but is not limited thereto. For example, the conveying unit may further include a driving PVC roll (not shown) and other various types of conveying members receiving the driving force from the driving motor to convey the material F to be plated.
Next, the
Hereinafter, a plating method using a plating apparatus according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.
First, a plurality of plating
Next, the first
Thereafter, the energizing
When the above-described preparation process is completed, negative and positive potentials are respectively applied to each of the energizing rolls 32 and each of the
For example, when a copper sulfate aqueous solution is used as the plating solution, electrochemical generated in the receiving

4A is a plan view of a plating bath according to another example included in the plating apparatus of FIG. 2 , FIG. 4B is a plan view of the first positive electrode plate and the second positive electrode plate of FIG. 4A , and FIG. 4C is a plan view of the shielding member of FIG. 4A .
In the
First, the first
In order to increase the reaction efficiency between the plating liquid and the first
However, as shown in FIG. 4B , when a plurality of through
Next, the shielding
In order to solve this problem, a plurality of through
As the through-
5A is a plan view of a plating bath according to another example included in the plating apparatus of FIG. 2 , FIG. 5B is a plan view of the first positive electrode plate and the second positive electrode plate of FIG. 5A , and FIG. 5C is a side view of the plating bath of FIG. 5A .
In the
First, each of the first
Next, the shield member, as shown in Fig. 5c, the first to-be-coated member (F 1) at one end and the first to-be-coated member (F 1) second to-be-coated member, which faces the one end (the F of the second to-be facing the other end of the first shielding member (27c), and the first to-be-coated member (F 1), the other side end portion and the first to-be-coated member (F 1) of which is installed in a space between the one side end in Fig. 2) It includes a second shielding member (27d) installed between the other end of the plating material (F 2).
As described above, the first positive electrode plate (25c) and the second to-be-plated material (F 2) between, the first to-be-coated member (F 1) is located, the second positive electrode plate (26c) and the first to-be-coated member (F 1 ) between the second material to be plated (F 2 ) is located. Therefore, in order for the electrons emitted from the first
Therefore, only the space between the both ends of the first to-be-plated material (F 1 ) and the inner surface of the

The
The shielding
By the way, when the
7 is a side view of a plating bath according to another example provided in the plating apparatus of FIG. 2 .
The
The connecting
Meanwhile, in the present specification, as shown in FIG. 3A , the first

In the plating apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 8 , the arrangement of the
In the plating apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of explanation, the plated material F passing through the
The plating
As shown in FIG. 8 , the energizing
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 8 , the energizing
As described above, as the energizing
9 is a diagram schematically showing a plating apparatus according to a third embodiment.
