Description
Generally, a heat-transfer sheet is a heat-radiating sheet which is formed by wiring a line-shaped heat-generating body having an electrical resistance between upper and lower insulating circles on a surface and radiating heat by the heat of conduction of the heat-generating body which converts electric energy into heat energy. It has excellent efficiency, low power consumption, smoothness and durability, and is widely used in various industrial fields such as bedding, heating, medical, and agricultural.
When an insulating resin film such as PE, PP, PET, PVC or the like is used as an insulating radiator of such a heat-transfer sheet, moisture-proof property can be ensured through lamination, and flexibility and flexibility can be ensured when using fibers or fabrics.
In addition, various heating materials such as nichrome, copper, nickel alloys and aluminum materials, carbon black, carbon black, etc. can be used as heating elements of the heat transfer sheet. However, in the case of metal conductive materials, The carbon black is required to meet the ideal combination of the binder and the appropriate standard, and due to the uniformity of the thickness and the size of the coating to be manufactured by the painting and printing process, the electric efficiency is very high recently The tendency is to use mainly car companies, which generate less harmful electromagnetic waves to humans.
FIG. 1 shows an example of such a heat-transfer sheet. The heat-transfer sheet disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-0779724 has been studied and developed by the present inventor and includes an
However, since such a conventional heat transfer sheet is simply formed by attaching one end of the car body C between the intermediate member 640 and the first and third
A plurality of carbon fibers C are arranged at regular intervals between the upper and
Further, when manufacturing the heat-transfer sheet, the upper /
Further, since the first and second
Accordingly, the present inventor has focused on the above-mentioned matters in comprehensive consideration and solved the problems, thereby preventing the local heating when using the apparatus, and also enhancing the electrical safety such as shutting off the power supply even in partial short circuit, As a result, the inventors of the present invention have invented the present invention as a result of making an endless effort to develop a heat-transfer sheet capable of improving the ductility and productivity and minimizing the defective rate.

The upper roller of the pressurizing
Further, the outer circumferential surface of the lower roller is knurled so as to be stably and stably in close contact with the
Further, the lower roller may be provided with a cartridge heater (not shown) in which heat is radiated to the outside when power is applied, like the upper roller, so that both sides of the fabric can be melt-pressed at the same time.
The temperature and pressure of the cartridge heater (not shown) of the
On the other hand, the sequential operating relationship and interlocking of the respective components are performed by sending sensor signals such as the
In addition, the lower
A separate cutting device for cutting the both ends of the upper and
The operation of the apparatus for manufacturing a heat-transfer sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention will now be described.
The
When the
That is, the
Thereafter, the operator cuts the
In addition, in the process of passing the surface of the
In this state, the negative electrode and the positive electrode wires 4 (5) are electrically connected to both ends of the exposed
Therefore, the apparatus for manufacturing a heat-transfer sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention secures a uniform quality because the wiring and attachment of the
