前記案内手段に供給された前記シート部材の接着面に沿わせて前記電線部分を保持する電線保持手段と、
前記シート部材を二つ折りに折り曲げると共に、前記接着面に沿わせた前記電線部分を挟んだ前記シート部材を通過させて加圧する加圧手段と、
