Claims (5)
- 다수 개의 배터리 셀(Cell)이 각각 구비된 다수 개의 배터리 모듈;
다수 개의 상기 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩;
상기 각각의 배터리 팩에 구비된 상기 각각의 배터리 셀의 상태를 감시할 수 있도록 상기 각각의 배터리 팩에 구비된 상기 각각의 배터리 셀의 전압을 모니터링하고 제어하는 배터리 제어시스템(BMS);
상기 배터리 모듈 및 상기 배터리 제어시스템 간에 연결되고 상기 각각의 배터리 팩에 구비된 상기 각각의 배터리 셀의 전압을 센싱(sensing)하는 센싱 라인; 및
상기 센싱 라인에 연결되고 상기 각각의 배터리 팩에 구비된 상기 각각의 배터리 셀의 단자와 직렬로 연결되어 상기 센싱 라인으로 폐회로가 구성되는 단락사고 발생시에 동작하는 수동적 안전장치
를 포함하며 차량에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동적 안전장치를 이용한 배터리의 센싱 라인의 단락으로 인한 2차 사고 방지장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수동적 안전장치는 퓨즈 또는 피티시로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동적 안전장치를 이용한 배터리의 센싱 라인의 단락으로 인한 2차 사고 방지장치. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 라인은 상기 각각의 배터리 팩에 구비된 상기 각각의 배터리 셀에 연결되고 0.5sqmm 이하의 전선을 사용하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동적 안전장치를 이용한 배터리의 센싱 라인의 단락으로 인한 2차 사고 방지장치.
