Description
二次電池に対する異常が検出された際に、二次電池の充放電電流を遮断するヒューズと、
二次電池に対する異常を検出し、検出結果に応じてヒューズを溶断させる溶断処理を行う制御部と
を有し、
制御部は、
異常を検出した際に、溶断処理を開始し、溶断処理を開始してから所定期間、上記ヒューズの後段の電位である第1の電位および上記二次電池の電位である第2の電位を測定することによりヒューズの溶断状態を判断し、
所定期間経過後、上記測定の結果、上記第1の電位および上記第2の電位が等しい場合に、上記溶断処理によって上記ヒューズが溶断されていないと判断し、上記溶断処理を停止する電池パックである。
異常を検出した際に、溶断処理を開始し、溶断処理を開始してから所定期間、ヒューズの後段の電位である第1の電位および二次電池の電位である第2の電位を測定することによりヒューズの溶断状態を判断し、
所定期間経過後、測定の結果、第1の電位および上記第2の電位が等しい場合に、溶断処理によってヒューズが溶断されていないと判断し、溶断処理を停止する電池パックの制御方法である。

Claims (5)
- 1または複数の二次電池と、
上記二次電池に対する異常が検出された際に、上記二次電池の充放電電流を遮断するヒューズと、
上記二次電池に対する異常を検出し、検出結果に応じて上記ヒューズを溶断させる溶断処理を行う制御部と
を有し、
上記制御部は、
上記異常を検出した際に、上記溶断処理を開始し、上記溶断処理を開始してから所定期間、上記ヒューズの後段の電位である第1の電位および上記二次電池の電位である第2の電位を測定することにより上記ヒューズの溶断状態を判断し、
上記所定期間経過後、上記測定の結果、上記第1の電位および上記第2の電位が等しい場合に、上記溶断処理によって上記ヒューズが溶断されていないと判断し、上記溶断処理を停止する電池パック。 - 外部の電子機器と通信を行う通信端子をさらに有し、
上記制御部は、
上記所定時間経過後、上記ヒューズが溶断されなかった場合に、上記通信端子を介して上記ヒューズが溶断されなかったことを示す情報を上記外部の電子機器に対して送信する請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 上記ヒューズの溶断状態を表示する表示部をさらに有し、
上記制御部は、
上記ヒューズが溶断された場合に、該ヒューズが溶断されたことを示す表示を表示させ、上記所定時間経過後、上記ヒューズが溶断されなかった場合に、該ヒューズが溶断されなかったことを示す表示を表示させるように上記表示部を制御する請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 上記表示部は、発光素子からなり、
上記発光素子を点灯させることで上記溶断されたことを示す表示を行い、上記発光素子を点滅させることで上記溶断されなかったこと示す表示を行う請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 上記二次電池に対する異常を検出し、検出結果に応じて、1または複数の二次電池に対する充放電電流を遮断するヒューズを溶断させる溶断処理を行い、
上記異常を検出した際に、上記溶断処理を開始し、上記溶断処理を開始してから所定期間、上記ヒューズの後段の電位である第1の電位および上記二次電池の電位である第2の電位を測定することにより上記ヒューズの溶断状態を判断し、
上記所定期間経過後、上記測定の結果、上記第1の電位および上記第2の電位が等しい場合に、上記溶断処理によって上記ヒューズが溶断されていないと判断し、上記溶断処理を停止する電池パックの制御方法。
