Claims (5)
- 多数個のバッテリーセル(Cell)がそれぞれ備えられた多数個のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記多数個のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパックと、
前記それぞれのバッテリーパックに備えられた前記それぞれのバッテリーセルの状態を監視するために、前記それぞれのバッテリーパックに備えられた前記それぞれのバッテリーセルの電圧をモニタリング及び制御するバッテリー制御システム(BMS)と、
前記バッテリーモジュールと前記バッテリー制御システムとの間に連結され、前記それぞれのバッテリーパックに備えられた前記それぞれのバッテリーセルの電圧をセンシング(sensing)するセンシングラインと、
前記それぞれのバッテリーパックに備えられた前記それぞれのバッテリーセルの端子に直列に連結され、前記センシングラインで閉回路が構成される短絡事故発生時に動作する受動的安全装置と、を含む、ヒューズを用いた高電圧バッテリーのセンシングラインの短絡による二次事故防止装置。 - 前記受動的安全装置は、ヒューズまたはPTCに具現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヒューズを用いた高電圧バッテリーのセンシングラインの短絡による二次事故防止装置。
- 前記受動的安全装置は、前記バッテリーモジュールに隣接する位置に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヒューズを用いた高電圧バッテリーのセンシングラインの短絡による二次事故防止装置。
- 前記ヒューズを用いた高電圧バッテリーのセンシングラインの短絡による二次事故防止装置は、リチウムイオン高電圧バッテリーを用いる車両に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヒューズを用いた高電圧バッテリーのセンシングラインの短絡による二次事故防止装置。
- 前記センシングラインは、前記それぞれのバッテリーパックに備えられた前記それぞれのバッテリーセルに連結され、実電流の大きさが非常に微小であり、0.5sqmm以下の細い電線で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヒューズを用いた高電圧バッテリーのセンシングラインの短絡による二次事故防止装置。
