Abstract
이를 위하여 본 발명은 UV 하우징 설비에서 120W/cm 이상의 고압 UV램프를 사용하며, 콜드 미러(Cold Mirror)와 핫 미러(Hot Mirror)를 최적의 각도로 배치하여 50% 이상의 발열을 사전 차단하고 자외선을 집중시켜 그 광량을 최적화하여 UV 핫멜트 테이프를 제조하게 됨을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 나머지 발열은 UV 하우징 설치시 냉각플레이트를 설치하여 코팅되어지는 필름이나 종이류 등의 기재가 냉각플레이트를 타고 지나가게 되어 기재의 열손상을 제거하게 됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 일직선상의 핫 미러(Hot Mirror)(10)를 설치하고,
상기 핫 미러(Hot Mirror)(10) 상부에 곡선 형태로 콜드 미러(Cold Mirror)(20)의 반사각을 설치하며,
상기 콜드 미러(Cold Mirror)(20) 내면에 고압의 UV 램프(40)를 설치하고,
상기 핫 미러(Hot Mirror)(10) 하부에 테이프(50)의 코팅면에 손상이 발생되지 않도록 냉각플레이트(30)를 설치한 UV램프 하우징 시스템을 핫멜트(Hotmelt) 공법에 적용시켜 제조하며,
상기 냉각플레이트(30)를 타고 지나가면서 테이프(50)가 생산되어질 때 테이프(50)의 생산성 및 물성을 최적화할 수 있도록 UV 반응형 점착제를 코팅라인의 앞부분과 뒷부분에서 이형지 및 이형필름에 동시에 도포한 후 코팅라인의 중간에서 기재와 라미네이션하여 점착제를 기재에 전사시키고 한쪽의 이형지는 리와인딩하여 재활용하는 방식으로 라인 전 후에서 1차 코팅과 2차 코팅을 동시에 전사코팅하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 친환경 자외선 핫멜트 테이프 제조방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 제 1 항의 제조방법에 따라 제조되어지는 테이프에 있어서,
상기 핫멜트 공법에 UV 반응형 점착제를 사용하게 되며,
상기 UV 반응형 점착제에 할로겐 프리(Halogen free) 타입의 난연제를 혼합하여 형성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 친환경 자외선 핫멜트 테이프. - 청구항 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 UV 반응형 점착제는 아크릴릭 모노머(Acrylic Monomer)와 올리고머(Oligomer), 광개시제(Photo Initiator)와 점착부여제(Tackifier) 중 어느 하나 이상이 사용되어짐을 특징으로 하는 친환경 자외선 핫멜트 테이프. - 삭제
