Description

Environment-friendly UV hotmelt tape and the manufacturing method}Environment-friendly UV hotmelt tape and the manufacturing method

The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly ultraviolet (UV) hot melt tape and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to prevent the chemical wastes from being generated along with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) while optimizing the properties of the hot melt tape. It relates to an environmentally friendly ultraviolet hot melt tape and a method of manufacturing the same.

In the manufacture of special tapes that are typically used in electrical, electronic or automotive products, the domestic tape process is largely divided into three.

There are usually the most widely used acrylic solvent type, emulsion type, and rubber type hot melt type.

The emulsion type and the hot melt type did not contain VOCs (volatile organic compounds), but the physical properties were lower than those of the solvent type, and the most problematic parts were not suitable for special applications such as electric and electronic fields due to their poor heat resistance and holding power.

In the case of the solvent acrylic type, various solvents and monomers are injected into the reactor at one time by the batch polymerization of the batch process, and then an excited state is generated by exothermic reaction to make linear polymer by radical polymerization. The amount of volatile gas is very high, and unreacted monomers are generated at the top.

In addition, to obtain a polymer of the NET structure requires a separate curing agent, it is divided into thermosetting type and time-curing type depending on the method of use.

Because of this, the process is complicated and a large amount of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are generated, which is a serious problem to the human body as well as environmental problems, there is a problem that a large amount of compound waste is generated.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, the object of the present invention is to produce an environmentally friendly and improved product properties, as well as to produce a tape of physical properties superior to the solvent type as well as an environmentally friendly tape free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) at all You can do it.

Second, the tape is divided into two coatings at the same time to maximize the productivity of the product.

Third, to provide an environmentally friendly UV hot melt tape and its manufacturing method to maximize the cohesion and adhesion of the product due to the transfer coating.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses a high-pressure UV lamp of 120W / cm or more in a UV housing facility, and arranges a cold mirror and a hot mirror at an optimal angle to generate heat of 50% or more. It blocks in advance and concentrates the ultraviolet rays to optimize the amount of light.

In addition, the remaining heat is removed by installing a cooling plate when the UV housing is installed, the substrate such as film or paper to be passed through the cooling plate to remove the thermal damage of the substrate.

And, in order to increase the amount of light, in addition to the cold mirror and the hot mirror (Hot Mirror) in addition to the UV lamps installed at least five stages of eco-friendly UV hot melt, characterized in that the coating speed is configured to enable 100M / min The present invention provides a tape and a method of manufacturing the same.

As described above, the present invention can maximize the productability by applying only the advantages of the hotmelt method and the advantages of the UV acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to produce an eco-friendly UV hotmelt tape of excellent quality, and furthermore, the advantages of the hotmelt method By maximizing application, there is an effect that can minimize the production cost while maximizing product productivity.

1 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a manufacturing process of a UV hot melt tape using a UV lamp housing system according to the present invention.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 shows a cross-sectional view of the manufacturing process of the ultraviolet (UV) hot melt tape using the UV lamp housing system according to the present invention.

In the accompanying drawings, in manufacturing an ultraviolet (UV) hot melt tape according to the present invention, as shown in Figure 1,

Install a hot mirror (10) in a straight line,

The reflection angle of the cold mirror 20 is installed in a curved shape so as to be arranged at an optimal angle with the hot mirror 10 on the hot mirror 10.

Install a high-pressure UV lamp 40 on the inner surface of the cold mirror (Cold Mirror) 20,

The hot mirror 10 and the cold mirror 20 at the lower portion of the hot mirror 10 exert an optimal amount of light and damage to the coating surface of the tape 50. The UV lamp housing system in which the cooling plate 30 is installed so as not to be generated is applied to a hotmelt method.

Since the cold mirror 20 reflects ultraviolet rays and transmits infrared rays, the cold mirror 20 removes a certain amount of heat in advance, and reflects and concentrates the ultraviolet rays, thereby increasing the light quantity efficiency of the ultraviolet rays.

The hot mirror 10 reflects infrared rays and transmits ultraviolet rays so that heat does not reach the product and only ultraviolet rays can be reached.

In addition, in the coating method of the UV hot-melt tape according to the present invention, transfer coating of the primary coating and the secondary coating at the same time apart from the method of separately producing the primary coating and the secondary coating when producing the double-sided tape for more efficient productivity. It is desirable to apply the way.

This is a method of applying the UV-responsive pressure-sensitive adhesive on the release paper and the release film at the same time before and after the coating line, lamination with the substrate in the middle to transfer the adhesive to the substrate, and the release paper on one side is recycled by rewinding.

In this case, the double-coated tape is divided into two coatings at once, increasing the productivity of the product, and optimizing the properties of the product by transfer coating.

The adhesive used in the UV hot melt tape according to the present invention is largely divided into an acrylic monomer and an oligomer, and a photo initiator and a tackifier.

In addition, in the present invention, in addition to 2-Ethylhexyl acrylate and Butyl acrylate, the present invention has a molecular weight of 10 ³ to 10 ⁴ and a molecular weight of 10 ³ to 10 이외에 in addition to 2-Ethylhexyl acrylate and Butyl acrylate. Use Isobornyl Acrylate and the like.

The polymer of the present invention is 100% solids, and has a viscosity of at least 7,000cps based on 110 ℃ can be used by the hotmelt (Hotmelt) method.

It is a coating before the curing process takes place, such as a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) coating using a slot die at an appropriate temperature, but then UV-curable polymer through the curing by radical reaction at the wavelength of the high-pressure UV lamp 40 Phosphorus polymer.

UV hot melt adhesive tape according to the present invention is the UV radical reactive pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the hot melt (Hotmelt) method, to install a high pressure UV lamp 40 to improve the productivity, the primary coating and the secondary coating This is done at the same time.

It is possible to adjust the brightness according to the height of the high-pressure UV lamp 40 and the amount of light according to the type and wavelength of the lamp, the number of lamps, and thus the coating speed can be adjusted.

In addition, the UV hot-melt tape according to the present invention can produce an eco-friendly flame-retardant tape free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by adding a halogen-free liquid flame retardant having a solid content of 100% to the UV-responsive pressure-sensitive adhesive. .

In addition, the UV hot-melt tape according to the present invention by mixing a conductive agent such as NI-Powder it is possible to manufacture an environmentally friendly conductive tape of 0% volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

As such, when the UV hot melt tape is manufactured, the first coating and the second coating may be divided into two coatings at once, and the transfer coating may be performed to optimize the productivity and physical properties of the product.

As the UV hot melt tape is coated on the UV hot melt tape, when the ultraviolet rays are irradiated onto the adhesive layer, the luminous intensity of light reaching the upper and lower surfaces is different from each other. On the contrary, the bottom surface has a comparative strength (Peel Strength).

For this reason, when it is transferred to a base material, the adhesive force of an adhesive and a base material is strong, there is no phenomenon of separating, and it can exhibit more excellent adhesive force on a to-be-adhered surface.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described specific preferred embodiments, and various modifications can be made by any person having ordinary skill in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention claimed in the claims.
