Claims (14)
- 폴리비닐알코올계 기재층과, 기재층의 적어도 일면에 형성된 자외선 경화형 수지층을 포함하는 필름이며;필름을 25oC, 65%RH에서 12시간 방치한 후 필름에 대해 30oC에서 진공건조법으로 측정한 수분의 무게 비로 정의되는 수분흡수율이 4.5% 이하이고, 필름을 30oC의 물속에 1시간동안 방치한 후 필름에 대해 30oC에서 진공건조법으로 측정한 무게 비로 정의되는 팽윤도가 65% 이하이며, 가시광 투과도가 80%이상인 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자외선 경화형 수지층은 기재층의 양면에 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 수분흡수율이 3.5% 이하이고, 팽윤도가 35% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 수분흡수율이 2.1 내지 3.5%이고, 팽윤도가 4.3 내지 7.9%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자외선 경화형 수지층은 메틸 메타아크릴레이트(MMA), 히드록시에틸 메타아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트(PETA) 및 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 단량체로부터 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 자외선 경화형 수지층은 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트 단독 또는 히드록시에틸 메타아크릴레이트와 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트와의 혼합물인 단량체로부터 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 히드록시에틸 메타아크릴레이트와 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트와의 혼합물은 히드록시에틸 메타아크릴레이트를 50중량% 이내로 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 자외선 경화형 수지층은 단면의 코팅 두께를 기준으로 두께가 10 내지 70㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 자외선 경화형 수지층은 단면의 코팅 두께를 기준으로 두께가 40 내지 70㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 자외선 경화형 수지층은 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트로부터 얻어진 것이고, 단면의 코팅 두께를 기준으로 두께가 40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 필름.
