Claims (7)
- 용융 상태의 저융점 액체 금속 분말과 그 저융점 금속의 융점 이상의 온도가 된 내열성 연속상 액체로 이루어지는 혼합물에 압력을 가하고, 연통 구멍을 2개 이상 갖는 막상 다공질체의 연통 구멍을 통해 상기 혼합물을 투과시킴으로써, 액체 금속 분말을 이 분말보다 직경이 작은 액체 금속 입자로 성형하고, 그 후, 그 액체 금속 입자와 내열성 연속상 액체를 저융점 금속의 융점 이하로 냉각함으로써 고체 금속 입자를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 금속 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,액체 금속 분말의 막에 대한 투과 속도를 제어함으로써, 얻어지는 액체 금속 입자의 입경을 막상 다공질체의 미세 구멍 직경 이하의 직경으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 금속 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,생성된 액체 금속 입자를 반복하여 2회 이상 막상 다공질체에 투과시킴으로써, 1회만 투과시킨 경우보다 입경이 더 고른 액체 금속 입자를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 금속 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내열성 연속상 액체는, 광물유, 식물유, 글리콜류 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 금속 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,내열성 연속상 액체에는, 분산 안정제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 금속 입자의 제조 방법.
- 적어도, 액체 금속 분말과 내열성 연속상 액체를 가열·분산시키는 분산 기구와 연통 구멍을 2개 이상 갖는 막상 다공질체, 및 막상 다공질체의 연통 구멍을 투과한 액체 금속 입자를 냉각하는 냉각 기구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 금속 입자의 제조 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 막상 다공질체는, 비대칭 구조를 갖는 다공질 유리, 다공질 무기 세라믹스, 금속 다공질체 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 금속 입자의 제조 장치.
