Claims (8)
- 폴리에틸렌이민(polyethyleneimine ; PEI) 1몰을 기준으로 하여 데옥시콜린산(deoxycholic acid ; DOCA) 1 내지 8몰을 결합시킨 폴리에틸렌이민-데옥시콜린산 중합체(이하 ‘PDo’라 함)로 생물학적 활성 물질을 봉입한 입자를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성 물질이 택솔임을 특징으로 하는 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제가 폴리우레탄과 함께 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제.
- (1) 폴리에틸렌이민 1몰을 디메틸포름아미드(Dimethylformamide ; DMF) 20㎖에 용해시켜 제1용액을 수득하는 제1용해단계;(2) 상기 폴리에틸렌이민 1몰을 기준으로 하여 데옥시콜린산 1 내지 8몰, 촉매로서 DCC(Dicyclohexyl carbodimide) 및 HOSU(Hydroxy succinimide) 1.1 내지 1.3몰을 디메틸포름아미드 20㎖에 용해시켜 제2용액을 수득하는 제2용해단계;(3) 상기 제1용액에 제2용액을 천천히 떨어뜨려 혼합하여 12~24시간정도 실온에서 교반시키면서 반응시키고, 여과시키는 반응단계;(4) 상기 반응단계에서 수득된 여액으로부터 디메틸포름아미드와 미반응물들을 제거하기 위해 8,000Å 정도의 크기의 기공을 갖는 투석막을 이용하여 투석시키는 투석단계;(5) 상기 투석단계를 거친 용액에서 물을 제거하여 폴리에틸렌이민-데옥시콜린산 중합체를 수득하는 회수단계;(6) 상기 회수단계에서 수득된 폴리에틸렌이민-데옥시콜린산 중합체 0.2g과 생물학적 활성 물질 0.01 내지 0.03g을 함께 에탄올 4㎖에 용해시킨 후, 진공증류시켜 에탄올을 제거하여 혼합물을 수득하는 제3혼합단계; 및(7) 상기 제3혼합단계에서 수득된 혼합물 0.5㎖을 1㎖의 증류수에 투입하고, 와류교반(vortexing) 및 피펫팅(pipeting)을 수행하여 분산시키는 것에 의해 입자를 수득하는 입자화단계;들을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 (6)의 제3혼합단계에서 수득된 혼합물 4㎖에 증류수 0.8㎖를 가하고, 혼합한 후, 진공증류를 더 수행하여 에탄올을 제거하는 에탄올추가제거단계가 더 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 에탄올추가제거단계에서 상기 증류수로 3차증류수가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 에탄올추가제거단계가 상기 혼합물을 5 내지 10등분하고, 증류수도 5 내지 10등분으로 구분하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제가 폴리우레탄과 함께 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 스텐트용 약물 방출 코팅제의 제조방법.
