Claims (3)
- 주축에 결합되는 몸체부와 외주면에 기어산이 형성된 기어부를 구비한 허브기어,상기 기어부의 기어산에 결합되는 슬리이브,상기 슬리이브의 일측이 치합되는 클러치기어가 구비되는 스피드기어,상기 클러치기어에 결합되는 클러치 작용을 하는 콘과 아웃링과 이너링을 구비한 싱크로나이저링, 및상기 허브기어의 주면에 결합되어 슬리이브의 내면을 가압하는 키이를 포함하며,상기 주축에는 허브기어와 스피드기어를 밀착시키기 위한 스페이서가 결합되고,상기 스페이서와 상호 대응하는 기어부의 상면에는 슬리이브가 스페이서 방향으로 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 지지편이 구비되며,상기 스페이서와 상호 대응하는 기어부의 저면에는 키이가 스페이서 방향으로 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 탄성 스프링이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지편은 기어부와 일체로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기 구 조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 지지편은 기어부의 기어산과 동일한 형상으로 돌출 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기 구조.
