Abstract
Description
또한, 규칙적인 원자배열이 불규칙화하는 단계에 있어서는, 현저한 흡열반응을 수반하므로, 본 발명에 의한 슬라이딩재료가 슬라이딩면에 있어서의 발열을 억제하는 작용을 나타내는 것은 보다 바람직하다. 또, 현저한 응착에 의한 것이 아니어도, 슬라이딩면이 마찰열에 의해서 승온하는 경우에 있어서도, 규칙상으로부터 불규칙상으로의 2차변태적인 넓은 온도범위에서의 흡열작용을 갖는 것을 이용함으로써, 결과적으로는 내응착성을 개선시키는 것이 바람직한 것은 명확하다.

Claims (27)
- Cu가 10~90중량% 함유되는 슬라이딩재료로서, 5~16중량%의 Al을 함유하여 규칙변태성을 보유하는 조성범위의 Fe계 합금상을 10체적% 이상 함유하고, 잔부가 Cu 합금상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩재료.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Fe계 합금상은 Si를 1~10중량% 함유하고, Al + Si를 5~16중량% 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Fe계 합금상은 Co 및 Ni 중 1종 이상을 10~40중량% 함유하고, Fe계 합금상의 경도를 Hv 300~800으로 조정하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩재료.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Cu 합금상이 Cu-Al 상태도 중에 있어서의 (α+β)상 또는 β상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩재료.
- 제 1항, 제 5항, 제 6항 또는 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기공율이 5~35체적%로 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩재료.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 추가로, Sn, P, Ti 중 1종 이상이 0.2~10중량%의 범위로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩재료.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 추가로, Pb, Zn, Be, Mo, W, Mg, Ag 등의 원소 및 흑연, MnS, CaF2 등의 고체윤활제 및 세라믹스 등의 경질분산재 중 1종 이상이 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩재료.
- 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 기재된 슬라이딩재료가, Fe계 재료로 이루어지는 판형상 또는 원통형상의 라이닝 금속에 일체화되어서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 소결 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 소결 슬라이딩재료는 상기 라이닝 금속의 면적에 대해서 30 ~ 70면적%로 되도록 아일랜드형으로 독립ㆍ분산되어 소결 접합되고, 슬라이딩시에 이 독립된 아일랜드형의 슬라이딩재료 사이에 형성되는 오목부에 그리스 또는 고체윤활제가 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 소결 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 소결 슬라이딩재료는 상기 라이닝 금속의 면적에 대해서 30 ~ 70면적%로 되도록 구멍뚫린 상태로 소결 접합되고, 슬라이딩 시에 그 독립된 구멍뚫린 오목부에 그리스 또는 고체윤활제가 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 소결 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 라이닝 금속의 접합면의 표면에 미리 윤활유의 체류홈부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 소결 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 라이닝 금속으로 되는 철계 재료는 기공율이 5 ~ 30체적%의 범위로 조정되어서 그 라이닝 금속 부분에서도 오일함유 가능하도록 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 소결 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 소결 슬라이딩재료가 제 3 삽입재를 통해서 상기 라이닝 금속에 소결 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 소결 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 스러스트 하중을 받아서 슬라이딩하도록 상기 라이닝 금속에 플랜지부가 설치되고, 이 플랜지부 슬라이딩면에 내마모재료 또는 슬라이딩재료가 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 소결 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 내마모재료 또는 슬라이딩재료는 초경, 스텔라이트, 철계 내마모재료, 세라믹스, 내마모 Cu 용침재 중 1종이고, 이들이 용사, 납땜, 소결 접합, 용침 접합, 접착 중 어느 하나의 수단으로 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 소결 슬라이딩부재.
