- 이차전지 보호장치에 있어서,애노드와 캐소드가 이차전지의 양단과 각각 연결되며, 게이트 전류가 제공되면 상기 이차전지의 양극을 단락시키는 사이리스터; 및상기 이차전지의 온도를 센싱하고, 상기 센싱된 온도가 설정 온도 이상이면 상기 게이트 전류를 상기 사이리스터에 공급하는 온도센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 보호장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서는 NTC 서미스터 또는 MIT 서미스터임을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 보호장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 사이리스터는, SCR, 역극성 사이리스터(N-Type Thyristor), 듀얼 게이트 사이리스터(Dual Gate Thyristor), 쌍방향 사이리스터(TRIAC) 및 GTO 사이리스터(gate turn off Thyristor) 중 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 보호장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서는 일단이 상기 이차전지의 양극에 연결되고, 타단이 상기 사이리스터의 게이트 단자와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 보호장치.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 이차전지 보호장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
