본 발명은 차량의 후방 감지기를 작동할 경우 차량 후방의 트레일러를 감지하는 방법과 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 차량 후방 감지기에서 장착된 후방 트레일러를 인식하도록 함으로써, 차량의 후방에 트레일러 등을 장착할 경우에 후방 감지기에서 트레일러를 장애물로 감지하여 작동하게 되는 상황을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 차량 후방 감지 시스템의 사용상 편의성을 향상시키도록 한 것이다. 일 반적으로 차량에는 운전자의 안전사고 예방을 위하여 각종의 안전과 편의를 위한 서비스 장치가 설치되어 있다. 이러한 차량 장치 중에 후방 감지기는 후방 장애물과의 거리를 음성이나 문자 등으로 안내하도록 하여, 후진하는 차량의 운전자가 용이하게 후방 장애물과의 거리를 인식할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 상기한 차량의 후방 감지 시스템은, 차량 운전자가 별도의 표시 수단을 통해 거리를 인식할 필요가 없으므로 사고의 위험성을 줄여 주도록 하여, 최근에 차량에 설치를 많이 하는 추세이다. 그러나 상기한 종래의 차량 후방감지 시스템은, 차량의 후방에 트레일러 등을 장착하게 될 경우에, 후방 감지기에서 장착된 트레일러를 차량 후방의 장애물로 인식하여 작동하게 되어, 오히려 후방 감지기의 기능을 수행하지 못하고 불편한 문제점이 발생하였다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
