Claims (13)
- 액정을 사이에 두고 서로 대향배치된 각 투명기판 중 한쪽의 투명기판의 액정측 면의 표시영역에 매트릭스형상으로 배치된 각 화소영역을 구비하고,이들 각 화소영역 내에 서로 떨어져서 배치된 화소전극과 대향전극을 구비하고, 이들 각 전극과의 사이에서 발생하는 전계에 의해 각 전극사이를 통과하는 빛의 투과율을 제어시키는 것으로,행방향으로 배치된 각 화소영역 내의 각 대향전극을 서로 접속시킨 대향전압신호선이 열방향으로 병설되어 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 대향전압 신호선의 각각을 접속시키는 공통버스라인이 상기 표시영역 내에 열방향으로 이어져 형성되고,상기 공통버스라인은 기준신호가 공급되는 외부단자가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 표시영역 내에 열방향으로 이어져서 형성되는 공통버스라인은 복수 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 각 대향전압신호선의 표시영역 외의 적어도 일단측에 있어서, 이들 대향전압신호선을 각각 접속시키는 공통버스라인이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 각 대향전압신호선의 표시영역 외의 일단측에 있어 서, 이들 대향전압신호선을 각각 접속시키는 공통버스라인이 형성되고, 이 공통버스라인은 주사신호선과 교차하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 열방향으로 배치되는 화소영역의 양측에 이 열방향으로 이어져 있는 영상신호선이 형성되고, 이 중 한쪽의 영상신호선으로부터 선택된 영상신호가 각 화소영역에 공급되는 것으로,표시영역 내에 이어져 있는 공통버스라인을 경계로 하여, 일방측의 각 화소영역은 그것에 형성되는 화소전극으로의 화소신호를 이 일방측에 배치된 영상신호선으로부터 받아들이고, 타방측의 각 화소영역은 그것에 형성되는 화소전극으로의 화소신호를 이 타방측에 배치된 영상신호선으로부터 받아들이는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 표시영역 내에 이어져 있는 공통버스라인을 경계로 하여 인접하는 각 화소영역의 대향전극 중, 이 공통버스라인에 인접되어 있는 각 대향전극의 각각은, 이들 사이의 영역을 메우듯이 하여 일체화되어 있음과 동시에, 이 일체화된 대향전극의 상층에 이 대향전극과 접속된 공통버스라인이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 화소전극에 영상신호선으로부터의 선택된 영상신호를 공급하는 것은 스위칭소자를 매개로 하여 이루어지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 표시영역 내에 이어져 있는 공통버스라인의 양측에 배치되는 각 화소영역의 대향전극은 이 공통버스라인에 인접하여 형성되어 있음과 동시에, 이 공통버스라인과 일체화되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 공통버스라인은 화소영역에 형성되어 있는 대향전극을 열방향으로 인접하는 화소영역이 대응하는 대향전극과 접속시킴으로써 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
