- 스테이터 및 로터로 이루어지는 모터와, 유체전동장치를 가지는 자동변속기와, 상기 모터를 수납하는 케이스를 구비하고,엔진 및 모터로부터의 구동력이 상기 유체전동장치의 입력부재에 전달되어 이루어지는 하이브리드차용 구동장치에 있어서,상기 모터는, 상기 유체전동장치와 축방향으로 적어도 일부가 오버랩하는 위치에 있어서의 상기 유체전동장치의 외경측에서, 상기 로터와 상기 유체전동장치의 사이에 소정의 공극(空隙)을 가지고 배치되며,상기 로터는, 상기 유체전동장치와 상기 엔진 출력축 중 적어도 어느 하나에 고정지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로터는, 상기 엔진의 출력축과 상기 유체전동장치의 입력부재에 의하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로터는, 상기 유체전동장치의 입력부재에 고정되고 지지되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.

- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 엔진 출력축의 단면에 요부(凹部)가 형성되고,상기 로터 축부의 외주면에는, 축방향으로 폭이 좁은 영역에 환상(環狀)의 돌조부(突條部)가 형성되고, 또한,상기 로터의 축부가, 상기 요부에 삽입되어 상기 돌조부가 상기 출력축에 접촉되는 것에 근거하여, 상기 출력축에 의하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 2 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 유체전동장치가, 터빈 러너(turbine runner)를 덮음과 동시에, 펌프 임펠러(pump impeller)에 연결된 상기 입력부재로서의 프론트 커버를 가지며,상기 로터가, 상기 프론트 커버에 있어서의 상기 로터에 대향하는 부분으로, 상기 커버의 외경측에서 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 유체전동장치가 그 회전중심에 센터 피스(center piece)를 가지고, 또한,상기 센터피스에 의하여 상기 로터의 센터링이 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 2 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 엔진의 출력축과 상기 로터와의 사이에 구동력을 전달하기 위한 플렉스 플레이트(flex plate)가 설치되고, 또한,상기 플렉스 플레이트의 일부를 상기 모터 스테이터의 외경측으로 연장시키고,상기 모터의 로터의 위상을 검출하는 센서를, 상기 모터의 외경측에 배치하여 상기 플렉스 플레이트의 연장부(延長部)를 검출하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 2 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 엔진 출력축의 단(端)부분이 축수부(軸受部)에 의하여 회전 가능하게 지지되어 있음과 동시에, 상기 출력축의 단면에 요부가 형성되고,상기 로터가, 그 회전중심에 축부를 가짐과 동시에, 상기 축부가, 상기 요부에 삽입되어 상기 출력축에 지지되고,상기 로터의 축부가 지지되어 있는 부분이, 상기 축수부와 적어도 일부분이 축방향에서 오버랩하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 엔진 출력축과 상기 유체전동장치의 입력부재가, 서로 상대이동 가능하게 지지됨과 동시에, 축방향이동 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 엔진 출력축과 상기 유체전동장치의 입력부재가, 서로 상대이동 가능하게 지지됨과 동시에, 축방향이동 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 로터와 상기 유체전동장치의 입력부재가, 일체로 고정되어서, 상기 케이스에 회전 가능하게 지지됨과 동시에, 상기 엔진의 출력축에 축방향이동 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 로터와 상기 엔진의 출력축이, 일체로 고정되어서, 상기 케이스에 회전 가능하게 지지됨과 동시에, 상기 유체전동장치의 입력부재에 축방향이동 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항과 제 13 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유체전동장치는, 터빈 러너를 덮음과 동시에, 펌프 임펠러에 연결된 상기 입력부재로서의 프론트 커버를 가지고,상기 프론트 커버는, 축방향으로 뻗는 평탄부(平坦部)를 가지고, 상기 평탄부의 외경측에, 상기 로터가 상기 소정의 공극을 가지고 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차용 구동장치.
