- 삭제
- 다수의 게이트 라인을 통하여 다수의 화소 전극을 구동하기 위한 각 박막 트랜지스터에 게이트 구동 신호를 인가하는 게이트 구동 회로와, 다수의 데이터 라인을 통하여 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 데이터 신호를 인가하는 소오스 구동 회로를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 게이트 라인은,게이트 구동 신호를 인가하는 게이트 패드에서부터 반대편까지 일렬로 구성된 단위 화소 전극을 통과하는 게이트 라인 화소 영역부와,상기 게이트 패드의 반대편의 게이트 라인 화소 영역부 끝단에서부터 게이트 패드까지 이어지며, 각 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 연결되는 게이트 라인 트랜지스터부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 게이트 패드는액정 패널의 좌측부, 또는 우측부에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 라인 화소 영역부는화소 전극 사이에 스토리지 커패시턴스가 발생되도록 화소 전극과 오버랩 되게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 라인 화소 영역부 및 게이트 라인 트랜지스터부는각각 화소 전극과 오버랩 되도록 하여, 각각 화소 전극 사이에 스토리지 커패시턴스가 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 라인 화소 영역부 및 게이트 라인 트랜지스터부는게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인의 불량을 리페어할 수 있도록, 게이트 라인 화소 영역부와 게이트 라인 트랜지스터부를 단락시킬 수 있는 리페어 영역을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 리페어 영역은게이트 라인 트랜지스터부의 끝 부분이 게이트 패드와 인접한 영역에 있는 게이트 라인 화소 영역부와 오버랩 되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
