Claims (10)
- 화상형성장치 본체;상기 화상형성장치 본체에 착탈 가능한 롤러;상기 롤러의 회전축을 지지하는 지지 부재;상기 화상형성장치 본체에 고정되는 로커 프레임과, 상기 로커 프레임에 이동 가능하게 결합되는 것으로 상기 회전축을 상기 지지 부재에 로킹시키는 로킹 위치 및 상기 로킹을 해제하는 해제 위치로 이동되는 로커 아암과, 상기 로커 아암에 탄성력을 부여하여 상기 로킹 위치로 복원시키는 탄성 부재를 구비하는 로킹 유니트; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지지 부재는,상기 회전축의 일측이 축 방향으로 삽입되는 제1 부시와, 상기 회전축의 타측이 래디알 방향으로 삽입되는 'U' 자형 개구가 마련된 제2 부시를 구비하며,상기 로킹 유니트는, 상기 개구에 삽입된 상기 회전축의 타측을 로킹시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 로커 아암에는,상기 로킹 위치에서 상기 개구 방향으로 상기 회전축의 이동을 방지하는 걸림턱과, 상기 해제 위치로 이동됨에 따라 상기 개구 방향으로 상기 회전축을 밀어 올리는 경사부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 로커 아암은,상기 로커 프레임에 마련된 가이드 레일에 삽입되며 안내되는 제1 안내부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 로커 아암은,상기 화상형성장치 본체의 일 부분에 접촉되며 안내되는 제2 안내부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 로킹 유니트는,상기 로커 프레임을 상기 화상형성장치 본체에 체결하는 1개의 체결 부재에 의하여 상기 화상형성장치 본체의 소정 위치에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 2항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 부시는,상기 롤러가 그 대향체에 가압력을 작용할 수 있도록, 상기 롤러의 래디알 방향으로 탄성 바이어스 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 로커 아암에는,상기 로킹 위치에서 상기 제1 및 제2 부시의 이동시에 상기 회전축이 상기 걸림턱 아래로 이동될 수 있도록 소정의 여유 공간이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 지지 부재는,상기 제1 및 제2 부시의 이동 위치를 규제하는 스토퍼를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 롤러는 전사 롤러이며, 상기 대향체는 감광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
