Claims (3)
- 개질부와 변성부를 거쳐 생성된 반응물이 투입되어 촉매반응에 의해 일산화탄소를 산화 제거하기 위한 연료전지시스템의 선택적 산화반응부에 있어서;상기 선택적 산화반응부(3)의 외부를 감싸도록 개질가스(G)와 냉각수(W)와의 열교환을 위하여 외부 냉각수 공급관(11)과 내부 개질가스 공급관(12)으로 이루어진 이중 나선관(10)이 설치되고, 상기 내부 개질가스 공급관(12)으로는 선택적 산화반응부(3)로 공급될 개질가스(G)가 공급되며, 상기 외부 냉각수 공급관(11)으로는 냉각수(W)가 공급되어 상호 열교환을 이루어 개질가스중의 수분을 응축 제거하는 기능과 온수를 생성하는 기능 및 상기 선택적 산화반응부(3)와도 열교환이 이루어져 상기 선택적 산화반응부(3)가 적정온도를 유지할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지시스템의 선택적 산화반응부 열교환장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 이중 나선관(10)을 이루는 냉각수 공급관(11)과 개질가스 공급관(12)은 그 내부를 흐르는 냉각수(W)와 개질가스(G)의 흐름이 상반되도록 개질가스(G)는 상부의 공급포트(P1)에서 공급되어 하부의 배출포트(P2)로 배출되고, 냉각수(W)는 하부의 공급포트(P3)에서 공급되어 상부의 배출포트(P3)로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지시스템의 선택적 산화반응부 열교환장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 내부 개질가스 공급관(12)으로 공급된 개질가스(G)중에서 응축 제거된 수분은 배수포트(P5)에서 필터(20)를 거쳐 정제된 후 개질부(1)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지시스템의 선택적 산화반응부 열교환장치.
