- 가교제가 결합된 표면에 서열번호 4, 서열번호 5, 서열번호 6; 서열번호 7, 서열번호 8, 서열번호 9; 서열번호 10, 서열번호 11, 서열번호 12; 서열번호 13, 서열번호 14, 서열번호 15; 서열번호 16, 서열번호 17, 서열번호 18, 서열번호 19, 서열번호 20, 서열번호 21, 서열번호 22, 서열번호 23, 서열번호 24, 서열번호 25, 서열번호 26, 서열번호 27, 서열번호 28, 서열번호 29, 서열번호 30, 서열번호 31, 서열번호 32, 서열번호 33, 서열번호 34, 서열번호 35, 서열번호 36, 서열번호 37, 서열번호 38, 서열번호 39, 서열번호 40, 서열번호 41, 서열번호 42, 서열번호 43, 서열번호 44, 서열번호 45, 서열번호 46, 서열번호 47, 서열번호 48, 서열번호 49, 서열번호 50, 서열번호 51, 서열번호 52, 서열번호 53, 서열번호 54, 서열번호 55, 서열번호 56 또는 서열번호 57의 아미노산 서열을 가지는 조직성장인자 유래 펩타이드가 고정되어 있으며, 상기 펩타이드의 N-말단에 두 개의 글리신 잔기와 시스테인이 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드가 표면에 1 종 또는 그 이상의 혼합 펩타이드로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트가 티타늄 임플란트인 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제가 1,4-비스-말레이미도부탄, 1,11-비스-말레이미도테트라에틸렌글리콜, 1-에틸-3-[3-디메틸 아미노프로필]카르보디이미드 히드로클로리드, 숙신이미딜-4-[4-말레이미도메틸시클로헥산-1-카르복시-[6-아미도카프로에이트] 및 그의 설폰화염, 숙시이미딜 6-[3-(2-피리딜디티오)-프로피온아미도]헥사노에이트 및 그의 설폰화염, m-말레이미도벤조일-N-히드록시숙신이미드 에스테르 및 그의 설폰화염 (Sulfo-MBS), 숙시이미딜 4-[p-말레이미도페닐]부티레이트 및 그의 설폰화염로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면에 고정되는 펩타이드의 용량이 0.01∼5 ㎎인 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
